I had a great experience buying my 2018 Mazda Protege at Napleton-Clermont. The sales consultant , Matthew Dugas, was honest and accommodating and together with Carlos the sales manager, was able to work with my short credit history. I got the car I always wanted for a monthly payment that’s right for me.I would definitely recommend Matthew and Napleton-Clermont to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I went in with mixed emotions on my next steps with my current lease end. Oscar Cabello greeted me right from the door and was super patient with my indecisiveness. He walked me through all options and did not let me settle on anything other than what I truly desired. I walked out of there with a brand new 2024 Jeep within my budget. I had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in to when I drove off with my brand new car! Ask for Oscar you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, I have not had success with the service at this location on 3 different occasions. It is the closest location, and since the vehicle is under warranty, I have to take it to a Chrysler dealership. Each visit, the service team, has not kept me informed on the services needed to fix the issue with the vehicle. Apparently, if a service writer is off, no one will keep you updated. I would not recommend this location. I only go because I have to because of the warranty. I wish I could have given zero stars, but in order to post, you have to give a star. Well actually you can give a couple of stars to the mechanics because they are actually doing their part. The fact that there is zero communication from the service department is the issue.

My daughter bought her first car from Napleton Jeep in Clermont! What a positive experience we had. Not the biggest fan of going to dealerships (understatement), but Laurel and staff were so pleasant to work with. The purchasing process went smooth, the price was fair and every step was explained in detail.If you go to Napleton, ask for Laurel, tell her Jill sent you!

They refuse to honor online pricing. It's false advertising when you say "Plus tax, tag, $199 Doc Processing and $899 Dealer Fee." but suddenly the out-the-door price is 18.7% higher than the advertised price. Sales tax is 7%. Tag fee is ~$250.I love how a car listed at $28,988 is suddenly $34,400 out the door. Seems perfectly reasonable. The sales office refused my offer per their own website definition.Tommy was great to work with though! He was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I would absolutely like to buy from him.

After much back-and-forth, I’ll be happy to say that I’m quite satisfied with the service done on my vehicle. It may have taken a couple of days, but they did a fantastic job. Thank you, to the team of Napleton’s Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMEdit: driving for a few hours, my tire pressure system light came back onAnd what I am not understanding is why the light for the Empty Windshield wiper fluid is not going off if the reserve for it is still empty? We will see by tomorrow if I have further issues.

We were so happy to find the car we have been dreaming of. We got the car we we told that lenders would not cover the car for its age and it was an as is. We traded the car in and gave them a check to hold til Friday. So, we thought hey maybe we can find a loan company and we did all they had to do is call with their Info and they would get the check. Now we are told the dealership will not accept any financing they only accept cash. Ok, it will be be a few days for stocks to be changed is a process. The loan was easy and quicker and did not take the money out of savings. When we spoke to the dealership the people were so extremely rude calling us dishonest and names and raising their voice. The salesman that sold us the car never said the dealership would not take a financed payment. Now with wasting hours on this we tried to explain that we were not being dishonest that we were trying to rip them off. All we tried to explain I can not control how many days it takes the financial organization to this process the request. Now we find out they could not finance because of 3600 of repairs to make it safe. I would recommend if you have to go there because they have your dream car make sure you ask what policy will affect you. This has been so demeaning and disgusting. They are why car salesman are accused of being shady and dishonest. Be sure the employees to give the correct information. Warning

Brooke greeted us and was amazing during our car shopping experience. After dealing with another Dodge dealer’s games it was nice to come here and be treated respectfully. We were looking for performance SUV and they had plenty of vehicles to choose from that for our requirements. I did trade in my beloved Jeep Wrangler (which was quite difficult) but got a great Dodge Durango that had all the bells and whistles. When we went to the dealer financing dept we were greeted by Holly which was great as well. She explained auto financing in simple terms and got us the lowest rate for our auto loan. We have great credit but even bad credit financing would be easy working with her. We got the extended warranty that increased our bumper to bumper warranty out past over 100,000 miles. If you live in. Lake County especially in Clermont and looking for a new Dodge, Chrysler,Jeep or another used car or used vehicle I would highly recommend this auto dealer. I first off want to thank Brooke she was very nice and answered any question I may have had before and after I bought my truck. She made me and my grandson who is 8 feel very comfortable and like we were important. I have been to many dealers and this is the first that I have not felt pressured.I will be sure to make Clermont dodge the place I will visit anytime I need a vehicle. Awesome experience.

5 years plus Jeep customer, bought a brand new Grand Wagoneer last year, brought it in for first service on January 23.Today I brought it again for routine service and we realize the passenger tire was gone(see the pictures).First they told me that was a alignment issue then they asked to call Goodyear for warranty, now they come up saying that was caused by low pressure whoever there is no check lights on.Really?Just left a Bridgestone Tire shop and they said that is an alignment/camber issue and should be cover up from the car dealer.

Horrible.Terrible reputation precedes them and they live up to it in every regard. Denied me repairs covered under recall and attempted to overcharge for repairs that were not doable due to lack of remedy/replacement parts.

Very Happy customer. Delivery of vehicle surpassed expectations. The pictures online were great but in person was even better. I spoke with Jeff initially who initiated the showcase and valued my trade generously. The next day as promised, I was updated promptly by Brooke with pictures and a walk-around video which gave me full confidence to move forward with the purchase. Once I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and had already been serviced: I checked the oil and the incabin air filter; both brand new; no bluff. Once the test drive was complete, Carlos the sales manager looked over the numbers and made sure that everything on the invoice was to my satisfaction and exactly what we had agreed prior. He also explained what was included with this particular Jeep model which was great information to know. Then the finance manager Holly finalized the rest of the purchase with much appreciated expertise. Overall, great experience and I’d like to thank all the team members who contributed in making my dream car purchase a reality!
