While on a vacation I had some work to do and needed to pick up just a few office supplies and they had everything I needed in one place. The supplies were affordable. The staff was very helpful as I looked for the things I needed.

Placed an online order for same day delivery on Thursday. Never arrived. Got an email on Friday morning saying it was returned to the store. Placed the same order on Friday morning for a 3-4pm delivery. Never arrived. Called the store and the manager was incredibly unhelpful. Said the best he could do was cancel the order and I could replace the order tomorrow. Why would I expect anything different to happen tomorrow? Never going to do business with this store EVER again! Terrible customer service!

I have had more business issues in the past month and have used Office Depot about 4 times a week. Every time I go in there all of the employees seem to go out of their way to help out. Today, Lisa at the service desk went beyond anything I have experienced. Not only was the line for her service long but she greeted each person as though they were the only one in the store. She is Wonderful and so helpful. She made what could have been a nasty experience a very positive one! Thanks

Store supplies a good amount of office supplies. But Lynn, assistant manager(she claimed that she was the manager but her tag says assistant manager) is very unprofessional, unpleasant, obnoxious, vulgar, rude. I hated the way she treated us. Hope that will never happen again to anyone! She definitely puts a negative image to the store!!! I asked the cashier if that Lynn is aways rude like that and she replied "yes, she can be". Oh, Office Depot, you can do better , can' t you?

They could not give me my copies today which is sad. I have very little time because I am a teacher. It is bad enough that I have to pay for my copies using my personal money. The attendant acted like it would take hours because I asked for staples. I don't spend hours waiting in the Altamont store and it is very busy there. It was not busy in the Claremont store. She didn't even ask me what she could do to help out with the problem. For instance she could've said how many can I copy for you today. The only thing she told me is I was going to have to wait till tomorrow. I don't even live around here. I don't want to drive all the way back to the store. I do this every week at the Altamont Office Depot. My mistake was picking a different Office Depot. Altamont Office Depot is fantastic and will get your copies quickly. They have never turned me down. Next time I'm going to the Altamont Office Depot instead of wasting my time with a Clermont a Office Depot.

First time dealing with this store. Customer service is great in person and by phone. I worked out of town and needed my business cards printed today! I was able to email my request and files. Lisa was very kind and patient. Thanks to Lisa, and Paul it was done right and on time! Great job!

Only place to go when you need it now. I find their prices often comparable to online merchants. I think they will match any price as well. We still need to support the brick and mortar. Sometimes you gotta look and feel it before you buy it!

Horrible service!! Nobody to help on the sales floor. We used the website to try to find a desk in stock, picked one out that showed they had available. Wait in huge line at register because there is only one cashier, then we are told this one is not in stock. The cashier calls someone to the desk section to help us. Well, we flag down the only employee we can find, but he was busy helping some woman try out every single desk chair several times over. We waited and waited for this woman to make up her mind, then finally bailed. Absolutely nuts. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

I spent almost 40 mins on the phone while I drove up there. Immediately spoke to a manager who was hella nonchalant like oh my bad you been on hold 40 mins my print guys been busy......NO ONE STANDING IN LINE. I walk directly up to him and the manager tries to make me seem like an idiot like "did you get a text that it was ready and when did I send it in". I told him it was sent 5 hours ago and paid for, supposed to be completed by 6 and I'm checking to see if its ready. Manager then walks away and the print wasn't even started. Just got a refund, this place isn't worth the hassle.

This is a quiet Office Depot. Every visit has been extremely pleasant. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I don't necessarily feel as though they offer the lowest prices but they do give you a good shopping experience. The store is comfortably laid out with large signage that guide you to where you want to be. It is always well stocked and have a variety of options in most categories. If you need help it may take awhile to locate an associate but when you do they jump right in. I stopped by to pick up some art supplies for my grandson and printer ink. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes.

Went to Staples at first (never again!!), the help was teenage boys with no interest in helping or providing Customer Service. So back to Office Depot which is further from my home but Customer Service is primo. Within the last few months I have had to get documents scanned, copied, resent.... ect..ect.. and Everytime I come to Office Depot they take time to help, and make me feel important, all while providing me a smile & can do attitude. Kudos to Tony today who assisted me and about 4 others all at the same time. Excellent Customer Service, Excellent job Multi Tasking, and all with a smile Back Again and Customer Service is still impeccable... Thank You to Matt and Alyx who helped me today, I watched you both work with me and other customers with such professionalism, kindness and care.

Today, I felt like I was a firefighter as I spent the entire day putting out fires for a big wedding we have tomorrow. I was pressed, tried and tested all day, like for real - for real. But my day got a lot better when I walked into the printing department at Office Depot at 9:23 PM. I met a saint named Jayson. He seemed very passionate about his job as he assisted me. Jayson has a spirit of a saint, as he is a humble, professional, an amazing listener and patience. He listened to my questions shared a few tips and ideas. Jayson went out of his way to calculate the items I was deliberating to purchase as this allowed me to make a well-educated purchasing decision. He shared a few different printing options with me, with a smile and he also made suggestions. He never gave me a side-eye {you know, a side way eye roll} as I had a semi-complicated order. Jayson deserves standing ovation as he made my overall experience a great one. Jayson crushed my order like a BOSS!!
