I have always had a great experience here with the woman with the shorter hair and I purposely stop here rather than advance which is just a couple blocks away. But not after today. If you can't A. Look up from your doom-scrolling and acknowledge someone that just walked in and/or B. at the very least, respond to that person when they speak to you first out of courtesy than you don't deserve any of my money. I came in for 3 gallons of 5w-40, windshield wipers and hopefully fuel filters, but I would rather take my business elsewhere. The two miserable excuses for employees at the counter at 1:40 on 11/14/25 were rude, disrespectful and lacking common decency. Oh and while I was writing this review, I watched the Hispanic guy drive off in the parts truck with his face STILL buried in his phone. Real safe. I know my $150 in parts isn't going to make or break your company but when you do that to 5-10 people every day for a month or two you will start to feel the effects.

O’Reilly Auto Parts went above and beyond! The team helped me troubleshoot an issue one visit and ran a diagnostic for me another time, saving me a trip to the mechanic. Great service, fair prices, and a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere—I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Injustvhave to say how happy I am to know that I have an O'Reilly Store near me. My window shattered yesterday and I did not want to pay $500, for someone to replace my window. So I went to the junk yard and found the exact wi dow I needed for my car but I didn't have the proper tools to put it in. So, I went to this particular store to use there tools and ended up receiving the best service EVER!!!!! I am serious. Not only was I able to use tools but they helped me install my window. Tyler, understood the issue and lent his helping hand with tools AND HE REPLACED MY WINDOW. ALL FOR FREE!!!!!. I offered money and/or food and he wouldn't take it. Cassie said that the way I could repay them was by giving them a great review. Tyler also replaced a gew bolts that were missing. While I was waiting for the wi down to be fixed, I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with BUZZ LIGHTYEAR!!!! (I hope he doesn't mind me calling him that) His name is Buzz though. I felt welcomed and important. Services like this hasn't been around since gas came with a free wi dow cleaning at your neighborhood gas station. The only downside is that Cassie didn't share any of here orange. lol So people make sure you bring your own. I will recommend this shop to anyone at anytime. Thank you Cassie, Buzz and most importantly Tyler. You all are amazing!!!!!!

I bought a battery because mine was dead. But because my car has a special design where some pieces need to be removed to be able to remove the battery they could not install it. However, instead of sending me off like another place did. They were kind enough to lend me their tools so I could change the battery myself and solve the problem. Thank you very much.

I stopped in today because I just purchased a 2 yr old Jeep Compass. The previous owner must have smoked init and it smelt bad. Joseph not only helped pick out a cabin filter but also a spray. I had no idea how to change it. Joseph was kind enough to replace and my car immediately smelt better. Thanks for such great service
