As I was leaving work today, I discovered my car would not start. I was able to get a jumpstart from a coworker, and went directly to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Clermont to have them test the battery, to see if that was the issue. Jack was very helpful. He immediately tested the battery and discovered that was the issue, and helped me install my newly purchased battery. I want to thank Jack (and his coworker) for exceptional customer service. I hope he (they) receive(s) the recognition he (they) deserve(s).

Arrived this AM at your Clermont store on HWY 50 . I only needed a cabin and engine air filter . They had only engine , No cabin . This is why AMAZON is most likely killing your bottom line . I was told " I can order it for you " Well I can do that myself . You probably need to stock up to keep us coming in. This is not a rare car , Its a Chevy Cruise . I left there for another competitor on the other side of Clermont. They had everything I needed . plus some other Items i grabbed . I worked at a chain before I was surprised he did not call another location for possibly on hand inventory .

I want the owners of this O'Reilly's to know what a gem they have in their employee David. I work in customer service and he was helpful knowledgeable and professional. BUT when he came out in the scorching heat to see that my husband had the tools he needed to get our car back on the road, I was impressed BUT when he stayed in that heat and helped my husband with the work I was SPEECHLESS.. WHO DOES THAT ! Thank you David for being a great person . You don't even know what that meant to us .

Very disappointed in this location O'Reilly Clermont off 50 because sent my father there to make a sale for yall on two batterys and said needed to be professionally installed went over to Advance bought batterys there instead and they installed them right away with no issues and also gave him a military discount as well how sad is thatWont be going to that store no more might as well take my account off of there as well
