“We have been using this store for the better part of a decade. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous to your needs. The paint selection, quality, and availability of painting supplies is unlike anywhere else in town. Mr. Mike and Mr. James, always go out of their way to provide excellent customer service and help the customer figure out what suits them best. We recently had to try and match a paint color from years past with no luck. Thankfully to Mr. Mike and Mr. James we were able to do so and matched it near perfect. “From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”
