I have been at this location for years. Always clean, friendly and easiest staff to work with. I had been at other locations prior and was not happy. I have used storage and truck rentals with this location and it has always been a great experience!! Highly recommend!!!

Stopped in to find out about pricing for renting a unit and Tiffani and Derek were super helpful and took extra time with me to show me several units and sizes of them and also took me to the air conditioned units. Very polite and respectful people. Will definitely recommend them to friends

Kevin was amazing today. Overall I have had a great experience having my things in storage for 2 years. Today I rented a Uhaul and moved out of the storage unit and Kevin was so pleasant and so patient with me and my numerous hiccups. Thank you Kevin! Your customer service today was above and beyond my expectations! I will use this business again for sure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Unit was clean, well maintained and in a nicely lighted area. We would definitely use Personal Mini Storage again if the need arises.

The team that works here is awesome. They helped me so much during my recent move when my builder kept changing my closing. Their prices are the best in town and always fair. I highly recommend this location for inside storage and uhaul rentals. The staff made my time worth while and all processes were easy and smooth!

Everything was fine. They just seem to be short on help as I had to wait for a while to be helped. This is probably true most places these days. When I was helped they were very efficient.

I have used Personal Mini Storage twice before, and I’m using them again because they have the cleanest storage units I’ve ever used. I’m renting an indoor unit and I was told someone had just vacated, but the unit was so clean inside, that I wouldn’t have guessed it had been used. That’s they way every unit is. The facility is well managed,always clean, inside and outside, and the woman who runs the facility, Tiffani Lademann, is fantastic!

Office staff is friendly and quick to help answer any questions. Super easy to get into a unit and to check out of when needed. Never had any issues with my unit itself and I stored with them for a little over two years.
