“I brought my cat in for her grooming service. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I explained her how I wanted my cat to look and oh boy! They delivered. The grooming staff did an awesome work with her. I also liked they keep you posted throughout the process so you know what's going on. I'm very pleased with my first visit and we'll be coming back for sure. Thanks to the lovely receptionist and the amazing grooming staff!!!!”
“Ty does a great job on our Bishon Frise! She isn't easy to handle and I have to give her anxiety pills before taking her in because she will bite, but regardless, Ty always comes through with a great haircut.”

“From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”
“Went in yesterday to get a new bearded dragon, since ours went to heaven last week. We were helped by Kelsey, one of the managers, and she was so sweet and helpful with the whole process. Pet Supermarket has a good selection, good pricing, knowledgeable staff, and good return policies in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that could occur with your newly purchased pet. They also have a self serve dog washing station which is very convenient! Highly recommend shopping here for pet needs.”

“This is such a beautiful pet store with a great variety of products! While some items are a bit on the pricier side, the convenience of being able to get everything the same day definitely makes up for it. They also offer a rewards program where you can earn points and turn them into savings, which is a nice bonus once you log in and redeem them.
One of the highlights for me is the reptile section—the associate there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciate because caring for reptiles can be tricky. It’s so helpful to have someone experienced to guide you.
I also love shopping here for my kitten’s toys—they always have fun options! My only wish is that they carried a larger selection of reptile accessories, enclosures, and lighting. I would absolutely purchase even more from them if they expanded that section.

“They were very patient and let us take our time making our choice. They let us have both sisters at the same time to see how they interacted together and with us. If we had a bigger place, we were tempted to take both.
Paperwork took a few minutes to complete, and we were on our way home with a beautiful Blue Merle Cockapoo female.
Our new bundle of joy as settled in and is doing wonderful.
Edit: 5 weeks after adopting this beautiful puppy, Blue Sky posted the same exact photo of our puppy under a different name, for sale in Orlando. 😡 how can they do that and get away with it.
This is our adoption photo, and a photo from 7/9/26. You can plainly see it IS the same dog! No way the 3/4 blue eye, and 1/4 blue eye could be replicated in a “sibling”.”
