I had an appointment scheduled and I was informed that the employee who scheduled it works at a different location now. I was left waiting for 30 minutes and no one ever helped me. I would recommend implementing an organizational system and reviewing appointments in advance.

Disgusting. We visit this location due to our business. My husband was discriminated.. As a business owner trying to do a bank wire for the business we were denied because the lazy teller didn't know what to do and the branch manager as well. Jessica Johnson was unprofessional and horrible. My husband who is Black felt completely discriminated and completely felt unsafe as a business owner even having an account with PNC. As a business we expect great customer service and it was not given. This will be escalated and more.

This is the best customer service I ever had o don’t even bank with them n they were so nice my parents do butI bank with Georgia own I wanted sum 1s it was no problem n fast n more then welcomed in n kindly greeted by 2 the young man n young lady thx so much for making my vacation n at home games easier to play of course the 1 s on th prize

I visited the 1820 S. Hwy 27, Clermont, Fl branch on January 25, 2022 at 1:11pm. Drove through the drive thru. Lady asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to deposit a couple checks. She told me she is working on something on the computer and it will take a bit. While so was waiting a gentleman walked in and conducted his business and out of the bank. It took the lady 10 minutes to send my stuff back. I asked for $100 cash back and of course she didn't ask how I wanted it. So she gave me a 100 dollar bill. Went to the movie and had to wait again because they didn't have change. Terrible service!

We have banked with PNC for many years and have always found them to be exceptional. However, we recently had the fortune of meeting the most professional and friendly lady at our local branch. WOW! Her name is Nancy Ford. She was so positive and so very helpful. She truly went way out of her way to make us happy and we will always be loyal PNC customers because of the awesome people like Nancy.

We visited the PNC Bank on Hooks Rd in Clermont Fl.I had a check I needed to cash that the person who wrote the check has account with PNC. They ask if I had account with PNC and when I told them no, they told me it would be a 2% fee to cash the check and offered the check back and I said I would pay the fee. After pulling away from the window we saw where they had charged 5% instead of the 2% I was told.Now granted it wasn't a hugh sum bit it is the principle, the check was from there bank and to charge to cash one of their checks.I have done this with other banks in the area and have never had an issue of being charged because I didn't have an account at that bank.I won't be going back just on pure principle.Just a note. I have never had any

I was welcomed the moment I walked in and Kevin who was working in the lobby went out of his way to be kind to my kids and get them a lolly pop while I filled out my deposit slip. The teller was equally kind and both made our experience quick and pleasant. What else could you ask for at a bank!

DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I HAD FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL, I WENT IN TO SEE WHY MY CARD WAS DECLINED ALL TO FIND OUT THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME! NEVER GOT AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY, THEY JUST SAID WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. WORST BANK EVER!!!
