A mani pedi is my one guilty pleasure
Every time I go to polished my requested person isnt there so I change Had an appointment this morning with my person, Tom, I arrive 5 minutes early and he’s busy. They put me in a pedicure chair dry. I wait for 20 minutes and nothing so I left
This does upset me because I will pay for service. If they had let me soak or offered an upgrade but nothing
I won’t go back… nail salons on every corner and unfortunately this one has been empty many times on a Saturday or Sunday

Person that I booked appointment with online wasn’t even in. Also, had code for 10% off and asked twice but didn’t get it applied. Lastly I was charged a processing fee (.87). Guess it was because I used a CC but wasn’t told I would be charged extra.
Pedicure was good but don’t like things not being the way they are supposed to be.

It's changed owners and now they don't serve you like before. I went and they did a bad manicure and I told the owner that I didn't like it and she got angry and just charged me. I came back another day to have them changed and they charged me again. They just want to charge and they don't care if you liked them or not. They don't even offer you water. Definitely the previous owner was excellent. I was with the previous owner for 5 years and I never had any problems, they always looked nice on me. Now the place is not good and it's not very clean either, the people don't wear uniforms. The women don't dress appropriately, I can't go with my husband, the music is stressful and before it was relaxing. Very sad, honestly I liked it the way it was before.

This is a very nice spa. I have had a gel manicure, a couples pedicure, and my eyebrows done here. The quality for price is great.

My wife and I went here yesterday for pedicures on a last minute idea since we were in the plaza and noticed their place. We didn't have an appointments, they fit both of us in within 5-10 minutes even though they already had several clients already. They offered us beverages, the foot bath chairs included massage options and the pedicures were great along with the lower leg and foot massage. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Polished nails is beautiful shop, the service is amazing, and best of all, my nails were done beautifully, by Lily , it doesn’t get better than yhat.
Definitely a great experience, I’m definitely returning. ❤️

My regular shop was booked so I stopped here for a walk in pedicure, I was seated quickly and the staff was nice. Unfortunately my experience from there was not great.
I wasn’t offered a drink (people next to me were but w.e. Nbd), I chose the most expensive pedicure ($60 w/gel) because it’s the only one that offers the foot scraper. The guy who did my service completely skipped it and also didn’t buff my skin elsewhere so my feet still look dry after leaving. I can
Live with all that because that isn’t even the bad part.
He used a towel to remove the lotion between my toes and he used so much pressure that he scraped the skin there which was painful and has made that are raw (he definitely took some skin off). Then he roughly put the toe separator on, which paired with the freshly damaged skin, I was cringing in pain for the rest of the process, especially whenever he tried to push my toes apart even further (my toes are straight; idk why he was so aggressive). To top it all off, he sprayed my fresh cuts with alcohol at the end, I was in so much pain. I also have white nail polish cured to my toes and the actual nails have flooded cuticles.
This was a bad experience, I won’t be back, I recommend avoiding
