“I was on the phone with UPS going in circles tying to locate my dog’s remains that were lost. I called the location where they told me it was last located. The gentleman working that day and the UPS driver were also trying to work with UPS on their end. The driver was about to leave but the gentleman working at the store stopped him and signed for the package so I can pick it up that same day! I couldn’t thank him enough. Amazing customer service!!”

“They are so friendly and helpful. On my last visit I was having trouble using the copy machine. Someone was right there to help me immediately, without me even asking. They took care of doing the copying for me, and were so very nice about it!”

“Thnx for the assistance. Update: I'm taking 5 stars away. One of your guys has a big attitude. Not the big guy. He assisted me after the one guy said he won't help me. The "professional" in this situation also called me a dick.”

“Excellent experience! Leslie was so helpful and gracious. She helped me right away when I was stressed and in a rush because OfficeDepot was unable to print my order at the last minute and I had no choice but to rush to the nearest FedEx Office. Leslie took great care of me. My order was more expensive than I expected but I was willing to pay it as long as I could get my documents printed quickly so I could be on my way to my meeting. Once at the meeting, everyone complimented my presentation proposal which was spiral bound and beautiful, thanks for Leslie! Also, I got the deal so the investment/cost to print was SO WORTH IT! Leslie was a lifesaver that day and I'm so grateful!!”

“Alanzo and Kaitlyn are amazing, I had a huge job I needed done and they took their time to help me even though I showed up right before close. I also watched them give top notch service to someone with the computer when they needed help. I hope they are there every time I go in ♥️”

“In this day and age of extremely poor customer experience, I wanted to take a minute and write a post about Benjamin. I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging. It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us . His attitude and professionalism are exemplary . If I own a business in Claremont, I would hire this guy away from FedEx in a minute ! I hope someone in FedEx reads this message and at least acknowledges this young man's great work .”
