Once at the meeting, everyone complimented my presentation proposal which was spiral bound and beautiful, thanks for Leslie! Also, I got the deal so the investment/cost to print was SO WORTH IT! “I go to this particular UPS in Groveland, Florida, even though I have other choices around me. These ladies are professionals, even when some of the customers are not kind. They are always willing to help you with whatever your needs may be. I not only return my Amazon returns there, but I’ve had printing done and lamination done. All the services were provided with kindness and professionalism. It is certainly a pleasure to use this UPS I can say that with great honesty since there are others not far but the customer service is not good at all.”

“In this day and age of extremely poor customer experience, I wanted to take a minute and write a post about Benjamin.
I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging.
It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us .
His attitude and professionalism are exemplary .
If I own a business in Claremont, I would hire this guy away from FedEx in a minute !
