I can not recommend Pro-tech RV enough. They replaced one of our Grand Design RV A/C units. They dealt with our extended warranty company and kept us informed the entire time. All work was done in a very timely manner. The work was so professionally that during the new unit demo by our tech Alex the entire area he was working in seemed cleaner than we had left it. Michelle in the office is an absolute gem and Alex is an absolute professional. Pro Tech RV will be our go to shop for anything we may need.

Alex did a fantastic job replacing the rear window in our Alliance 5th wheel. He was running a bit late from a previous job but Michelle contacted us and let us know when he'd be here. We appreciated the communication and upfront pricing.

I FINALLY found a dealership I can TRUST. One that really does CARE. I brought my Class A in for a list of things to get fixed and surprisingly Alex advised me that I didn't need to fix my toilet, he said it probably was backed up once and said it works perfectly...he was right. He also advised me to replace my slide-out motor as parts of it have broken off, but it should be fine for a couple more slides which will give them time to call & get approval with my Extended Warranty Company,, then they'll call me to bring the RV back in to replace it. As a result I'll only have to pay my $200 deductible. BTW they have a special controller and software to program my slide out that most other dealerships don't have.I left the same day and my bill was WAY less than I thought it would be. I've been back a couple times in the following weeks for odds & ends and got incredible knowledgeable advise from Dalton, who also works on the RVs. I'm a snowbird, and I will happily make it a point to come to Central Florida to schedule all my future maintenance with Protech. For my engine & chassis I'll go somewhere else.Be sure to say hi to Michelle when you call or go into the store... This is a family owned business that is big enough to takle any problems and small enough to care about you!

Own a 2023 Thor Ace and it is 1 year old. While camping in West Palm Beach 1 of our 2 Coleman Mach AC units stopped blowing cold air. Upon return to Clermont we called Pro Tech RV and spoke with Michelle who invited us to bring it in the next day a Friday. The tech Dalton diagnosed the problem as a main control board failure. They coordinated a warranty claim with Airexcel Coleman Mach and the repair was completed the following Wednesday. Dalton also checked out an error message on our 100w solar controller and found no electrical issues and the error code appears to be cleared. Thanks Michelle and Dalton for taking care of us efficiently and in a timely manner.

The owner is an excellent human being, a place where you can buy, think about a motorhome and they sell a motorhome, I recommend it.

The service department was good. I had my generator worked on and they did a good job. The reason for the bad review is because of the sales department. I consigned my RV with them and was told it would be placed right up front and displayed. I had it cleaned both inside and outside before delivery. It took a few weeks before they displayed it up front. Never got any calls for updates until I got a call that said my consignment period would end next week and I would need to renew. I was also told that it was filthy inside and would need cleaned for a $150. When I told him it was clean upon delivery and I would not pay $150 to have it cleaned he told me that he would not renew my consignment contract.
