I’m in the process of transferring my prescriptions from Walmart to Publix because I was told Publix was a better experience than going into Walmart to pick up my meds. I grocery shop here so I figured it would be convenient for me to knock two things out at once. I called the pharmacy before my script was sent to inquire about the process. The woman was friendly and explained. My doctor sent the prescription and I asked him to call the pharmacy before he sent it like the pharmacy tech requested. Well, unfortunately he didn’t do that which I hadn’t known until I spoke to Howard the pharmacy tech and he very rudely and disrespectfully let me know. The way Howard spoke to me was as if I was a criminal trying to obtain my meds illegally. It was actually unbelievable and unprofessional. If the call is recorded someone needs to listen to it or contact me and I’ll let know you exactly what he said. Howard needs a major attitude adjustment. There’s a way to speak to your customers. At no point did I raise my voice and get aggressive with him. I didn’t deserve the way he spoke to me.

This Pharmacy is much closer to me. I used to go to the Championsgate one but I gotta say this one is the best. I made an appointment for 3 and I got there early. Didn’t realize they were going on break at 2 but he still gave me the booster early. The pharmacist is the best. Thank you and the check in lady was very nice too. I do hope my new insurance lets me use Publix Pharmacy still because this will be my go to.

For the most gentle jab you will ever experience in your lifetime or if your child needs to be vaccinated, you must go and see Ann Laura (or Laura Ann) at the Summer Bay Publix Pharmacy.I did not feel the needle go in, so when the needle came out I thought it was the opposite. The jab was over before I even knew it started.Can’t say enough about her gentleness. Trust me, you will not be sorry.

I was looking for something to take for lunch to work and there was a gyro kit for 2 in the prepared foods section of the deli. I’m the only one in my house who eats gyros, so bonus! It’s one of the best prepared meals I’ve ever gotten from a grocery store. SO. TASTY. I hope to find it again!

I wanna said Thanks to the Pharmacist Jennifer for the outstanding help, I arrived at 8:43pm and I switched jobs and my medical plan cancel my benefits and Jennifer help me with one coupon and my prescription price dropped down. Thanks Jennifer with need more Pharmacist in this world like you. That's the reason I always do groceries and stuff in Publix.

This store is Chancey. Sometimes you go in and the people are very friendly and helpful. Next time you go in, they just ignore you. Their fried chicken is always delicious though!
