Had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes! Maybe because it was the Friday after the 4th of July and before the weekend?! Who knows but at least the phlebotomist was excellent.

I would give them 0 star if I could. The most horrible place to go do a fasting routine lab work. This place shouldn’t do walk in the tech can’t even keep up with the schedule appt. They are all so horrible poor customer service. I would never go back there. Horrible horrible place no consideration for other. They are just too slow.
Do yourself a favor go to different labs they don’t need your business.

The team was awesome! Patrons of this establishment are really lacking in common sense and human decency. The staff have to put up with a lot of ridiculous situations at no fault of their own and still do so with kindness and a smile. Thank you!

Never go without an appointment. I was there yesterday and used a kiosk to check in as a walk-in. I waited from 7 AM to 12 PM, but they never called me. I left because I am 36 weeks pregnant and was fasting. When you register as a walk-in, the screen gives you a message saying that you will have to wait around 60 minutes, but that is not true.
I spoke to one of the staff members, that I had been waiting for over 4 hours and they didn't care to help anyone
They never had an appointment available.

I know the Quest locations get very busy at times, but I had an appointment and didn’t get called for over an hour past my time! I really wanted to walk out but this was for a new job so I had no choice. Plus it was during my lunch hour, so that was lost. There’s only two quest locations and I will always choose the other on Hartwood Marsh. Always.

This is the worst experience. There is nobody to greet you and give you a wait time. No use making an appointment. There are people in the waiting area for over 2 hours. This is absolute chaos. Very disappointed in the service today.
Ooh and to add insult to injury one of the employees just showed a patient the entire schedule of patients today. Is that some title of hipaa violation? This sheet has names and dates of birth for every patient seen at quest today. These people need some education.

They encourage appointments yet there are none available as they are quickly taken, and if you’re a walk in they make you wait an eternity. This is impossible and they really don’t care.

What is the purpose of having appt if this office doesnt honor or respect patient time. my appt is 12:50 and still here in the lobby at 1:30. A nurse said tgeyre one hour behind.. for real????

I am a physician and always send .y patients there. Also I am a patient and always go there. This past Saturday I went for my routine and the phlebotomist refuse to do the ordered labs. referring that my physician did not put the diagnostic codes as par QUEST Lab. They are the same codes as every time. The worst is that there was no one to help me. I also didn't like her attitude. Shame on you!!!
