I make it a point to visit in person regularly because in the final analysis nothing replaces the hometown feel that your bankers know your face. I have experienced personally and watched other people getting excellent treatment each and every time I have visited. From the manager Ed right around to the tellers like Connie Avile the whole team strives to always be courteous, really listen to what is needed and follow through when needed. The nature of banking means that sometimes they need to take a little extra time with some customers but when they get around to me, I can see that they are putting their best foot forward. Thank-you to everyone at Clermont branch - I highly recommend your location and service.

We opened an account for a club at Summit Greens. When we deposited a check that bounced, the bank put a LOCK on our account and put us as fraudulent! Now, I’ve had checks bounce on me before and the other banks charge you $15 and life goes on. To lock our account so we couldn’t even access the money we had in there was unconscionable.

I see a lot of bad experiences on here but I’ve only had great service. I needed to make a large withdrawal and they were very accommodating and I got the money within probably 30 minutes. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been excellent

We bank at Regions in Clermont for our business. Leticia Elliott has been my banker from the get go. Always on point and easy to work with. We appreciate having a personal relationship with her.

Went to take money out of my savings account today and I was told my account was closed. When I asked why, I was told it was because I had more than 3 transactions. She told me it was a law since Obama was in office that you can't do more than 3 transactions. I looked into it and that is not true. During the pandemic they limited it to 6 NEVER 3 and that restriction has since been lifted. Time to find a new bank.

I went in to withdraw funds and was told that I could only have $2000. I understand that for larger withdrawals you need an appointment and they can order in more. They refused to order in more than $2000 at a time. It will take me over a month to withdraw the funds I need. This is a violation of cfpb policies and federal law. They are quite literally holding my funds hostage. To top it off, the branch manager insulted my parenting when I didn't respond immediately to my son trying to show me the safe. Don't do business with this criminal institution. I called their corporate number to speak to someone and they told us there was nothing we could do and we would need to continue going in every day to pick up $2000 if we want our money.

I drive 20 ml to kiss the door! I need deposit money for pay my bills! "System down"2 months ago I come to use Western Union...NO ONE in this branch know HOW use it!!!I been with Region for over 20 years...I think it time to found new bank ?

I have accounts in 4 different banks in town and this is by far the one I regret using. worst branch ever.
