My mom and I had an amazing brunch outside in the sun. Jennifer was amazing and extremely attentive and sweet. We look forward to coming back time and time again! Thank you!

Met some friends for Sunday brunch. Hostess was friendly, seated us right away. We noticed the chairs were a little wobbly (seniors notice this) table was comfortable. Waiter came over fairly quickly was friendly, answered our questions with prompting from the kitchen. Food did not all come out together for a table of 4. We had two of the same dishes and they were noticeably different amounts of food? That is an absence of expeditor in the kitchen. All in all it was a pleasant experience, but we won't rush back.

We had a girls night out/birthday celebration here tonight! What a wonderful experience! Adair was our server and was excellent! Very personable and attentive. Victor was the manager and kept checking on us, very accommodating, making sure we were good. The food was excellent, the service impeccable! We really enjoyed it! Especially the service...we are just your average people but we were treated like VIPs! Just a great experience and I would highly recommend them! (We sat outside too..it was wonderful!)

For those concerned about their health, I highly recommend searching for the restaurant's Food Safety and Sanitation inspection violations list on Google. Once recognized as an award-winning establishment with a great rating and only minor violations, a recent inspection in December 2023 uncovered over 30 violations in the kitchen, earning it the worst rating. Many of these violations were deemed serious and unsanitary. It's almost as appalling as the fake reviews found here. It's truly disheartening to see such a once-amazing restaurant fall from grace.

We had a party of 8 with two very small children. The assistant GM Victor introduced himself to us, we were greeted promptly at the door by our hostess who actually opened it for us and they even gave us their private dining room. It is St. Patrick's day so they had a special menu with corned beef in it that was amazing. The Fried green tomatoes were phenomenal along with the biscuits (with butter) along with the biscuits and gravy. With the two Littles, the endless mimosas hit the spot. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Oh, not to forget about Riley, our server. He was great too. One thing that they did that I really liked was changing our silverware between appetizers and entrees. Unexpected elegance. Not something we've seen done elsewhere. Thanks Root & Branch. We'll be back.

All four items were delicious. Pork belly Lollipops appetizer with their sauce was spot on. Carbona -pasta with the way they cooked the duck was unique and amazing. Their thick pork chop was cooked to perfection and spiced just right. Topped it all off with an amazing Bread Pudding and sauce!

It had been awhile since I had been in. We had a few not so great experiences over a year ago. So we just stopped going in. I went in alone and sat at the bar because I was getting new tires next door.Jamie, my bartender, and Riley, a server that took the time to really tell me about the dishes, were awesome. They were personable and really make me feel like I wasn’t dining alone.The food was so good. I got a lot because I wanted to try as much as I could. Nothing disappointed at all and I had yummy leftovers. I was told they are doing a menu update but I hope they keep the tuna tartare! I am so glad I gave them another try! Definitely will be back but this time bringing the hubby!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Root & Branch! The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Our brunch at Root and Branch was absolutely the best brunch we've had in Clermont. The crab tostadas were expertly prepared, with crunch, sweet corn, tons of crab, and perfectly cooked eggs. Excellent service too!

My wife and I had dinner reservations tonight for Valentine’s Day at 6:30pm. We ordered our food and a drink as soon as the server made contact with us. Several tables that were sat after us received their food and appetizers but we still remained without food OR our drinks. We had no contact with the server or any staff for 45-minutes. The table next to us had the same issue and ended up leaving. We soon followed suit. We will never be returning here and do not recommend. For an $85 pre fixed menu and to not even have water while we wait for our food is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Upon reading reviews on this place, my husband and I decided to go for Valentine’s Day. Can’t go wrong with all the 5 star reviews right? WRONG! This was such a disaster of a night. No where on their website , nor when you called for reservations, did they tell you that you can only order off of their prefixed menu which was $85pp. I can understand that price if the quality and quantity food matched the prices but it most definitely did not. We got seated and our server didn’t come back to us with drinks until 35 minutes later. Then, she kept making eye contact with us but never came back. I had to get the attention of another server to take our order, AN HOUR LATER! We spent 2.5 hours there for absolutely no reason. The food was good, not $85 good, but good. The service was a 0/10 and I hope next time this place tries to do something “upscale” they let their customers know ahead of time and train their staff better.
