I like their merchandise,but what I don't like is their bathrooms. Especially the women's restroom. They smell like if they haven't been cleaned in years.

Customer service isn’t the greatest here, the ladies working and putting things back just kind of walk in front of you, and never say excuse me. It’s happened sooo many times and I’m pregnant too, so it’s rather frustrating when they’re bumping into my belly just to hang a shirt back in its spot. I love the store Ross but this one is definitely not the best one I’ve been to before. It’s also pretty unorganized, it seems to pretty much stay looking that way.
