I have a really unique banking situation that has caused a lot of difficulty for me and my new business. I needed to speak with someone who would hear me out, and work with me to resolve the issue. Was so fortunate to have found Amanda Haney! She sat down with me and did just that. She thoughtfully heard my concerns and took all the necessary steps to walk me through them. It was so refreshing to work with someone who treated me like a fellow human being and not another number in a large bank database. She gave me personalized attention in a banking environment that has gotten more and more impersonal. Couldn't have been more grateful for that. Thank you so much, Amanda! Truly appreciate your help and partnership!

I do not recommend Seacoast Bank. Seacoast Bank discriminated against me and closed my account for no valid reason. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and never had a problem with the customer service at the local branch, however, at the corporate level I have nothing positive to say. I have been a good customer and was an active member of their bank. I rarely had overdrafts and a consistent positive flow of money to my account. They unauthorized a transaction at the vets last week even though I had more than enough money to cover my bill. They never even gave me a warning, what if I did not have any other resources to pay my vet bill?. Luckily I did. The next day I spoke to Amanda and she saw that was wrong and allowed transactions with my debit card for the next 10 days. Amanda did not even have a reason why they were closing my account. I had to try to guess- was it because my family and I are raising puppies, was it because I had show dogs puppies imported from overseas, was it because I am on long term disability , etc. I truly don’t know, I am at a loss. I just know it is unjust . I typically don’t like to cause commotion, but when I know something is wrong, I will do what I can to make it right. I hope in the upcoming weeks justice will prevail. If you are considering Seacoast Bank, I would look elsewhere. They might close your account after being a loyal customer for no justifiable reason at all.

Poor customer service. Only way to open a new account was through the drive through. Restricted access to lobby. Felt very uncomfortable and seemed to push away new potential customers. I went somewhere else!

Horrible business services offered through sea cost. The only employee who is helpful is Jen the one star is for her. Our company had a business account with them which we recently closed after 5 years. They were unable to grow our business and had horrible customer service from the loans officer and the manager. Do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Worst experience at a bank ever. Went in to open a new account and the way I was treated once it was revealed that I had some credit issues in the past was totally unacceptable. Not to mention the account specialist I was dealing with at the time allowed some random guy to approach the desk not once, but twice during the duration of the meeting. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don't don't waste your time. Britney and her manager have no idea what's going on wasted our time when they gave us the wrong information over the phone and then we have to drive for 20 minutes and then wait and then meet with Brittany only to waste another 30 minutes of getting the wrong information which neither her or her manager know.

When i went to setup my account there were multiple promotions going on. I was set up with the lesser of the promos that were going on and when i asked they said it was too late i already signed up. Oi vey.
