Every time I frequent this Sephora, it is a magical experience. I have never met better employees than at this Sephora. I have always had an incredible experience. The girls are always so kind, patient, and helpful. They answer my silly makeup questions and they never rush away -- they take their time with me and it feels like I am hanging out with friends and it's girl time. Cannot recommend this Sephora experience enough!!!!!

I have visited a few times, and sometimes the employees are so nice and other times they are so rude and not helpful. Mixed feelings about this location, but only Sephora near me.

Drove 30 min to this location to exchange a perfume due to a mistake made by the Orlando location, which was 1 hour away from me. They said that they couldn't exchange at this location, even though they have the merchandise there. If you carry the brand's name, you should function as so. This is why Amazon is taking all your customers...

Sidney helm was really helpful during my shopping at shephora. She is very kind and truthful. She Offered me different shade options and recommend what was needed for my concern. Overall experience 10/10.

I frequent this Sephora a lot and I must say all the workers today were super lovely and helpful! I didn’t catch his name but a male associate greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and he helped me find a perfect bronzer and concealer today, and was very pleasant while doing so. I have worked in the service industry and understand how difficult it is to always provide quality service/keep a smile, however these employees were so nice and eager to help they genuinely made my day brighter! :)

I went to Sephora. Natalie was amazing!!! She was so patient with me and my underwhelming knowledge of make up and got me a wonderful match. Definitely ask if she's working if you need help with coloring match for foundation. I have a tough skin tone and she wouldn't give up until we found it. She was super sweet and professional. Wonderful at her job. Definitely a keeper.
