SimonMed Imaging provides good, quick service with kind and efficient staff. The experience from check in to the end is often wonderful, with every person being pleasant to speak with. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional from the front desk to the technicians, who are fantastic, gentle, knowledgeable, and efficient. The calming spaces have a very soothing ambiance with gentle lighting and music. Facilities are bright and clean. Appointment times are respected and wait times are reasonable. The technicians talk patients through the steps, which is reassuring. The staff help patients feel comfortable and cared for. The experience is excellent and highly recommended.

Thanks Jamaal for always being so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had to bring my Mom 3 times recently and every time you have been very kind to us. We love your smiling face.
