Kelly was a real treat to work with. She did great follow-up's with me till I was ready to purchased. She's very well versed on the products and the features that are offered. Not that I'll be buying too many Sleep Number beds$$$$$$$ (Lol), but I will certainly refer her to anyone that is shopping for a mattress.

Absolutely first rate mattress! Best I have ever bought. And priced in line with other brands out there. Service from Marisol was fantastic! Delivery was done on time and they walked us through everything on the bed and how to use the app on our phones !

My wife and I went into the Clermont store and was greated by Kellye. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately had us laying down on the first bed to determine the number for each of us. Then she had us try all the beds we were interested in and discussed each. We never felt pressured and offered any information we asked for. She was truly amazing and my thoughts all through the experience was very positive. We narrowed it down ot one of two mattresses and she let us try them again. Only after makeing a decision did she tell us that she was the store manager and she infact had the same bed at home that we decided on and had it for 11 years and very pleased with it. Like always after making the big decision we are anxiously waiting for delivery of our bed. We both feel like we made a new friend in Kellye and after sleeping on out new bed for a few days will stop in and report our findings to her. Needless to say we highly recommend Kellye so if you go to the store ask if Kellye is available I'm sure you will be very pleased you did. Thanks again Kellye!!

Customer service was awesome. Marisol was very knowledgeable about the Sleep Number Bed and was very hands on showing us the app etc. she was fun, made us laugh, and would definitely recommend the Clermont store.

I was so excited to get this bed but it has been an absolute disaster. Needing repairs and customer service is a joke. Bed doesn’t last long before it needs repair and of course not under warranty. It’s was over $300 to replace a hose. The lying these people do is criminal. Filed with BBB

We love our sleep number bed! We purchased it over a decade ago and it has prevented my husband from having back surgery! Recently ordered some bedding and Kelly in the Clermont store is wonderful to work with!
