Can we, as a society, stop thinking it's okay for customers to order in the drive thru to then be asked to pull around to wait for the order? I understand it makes you look better to corporate but it is not an acceptable business practice.

Protein fix for the win. It's nice to have a healthy and sweet treat at the same time. We waited for so long for this location and it's pretty much a regular stop. The staff is always friendly and they get my order correct. I'll take it. I do need to branch out from the usual selections. Any suggestions?

I can't believe people get smoothies from this place. The ingredients are trash. This place caters too low income and unhealthy people. It does make sense next to planet fitness since that is the lowest scale gym you could find. So many better smoothie places in the area I can't believe people choose this. However, please stop having your customers pull up to wait for their smoothies on the damn crosswalk. My dogs almost get hit by cars everyday because your customers are parked on the crosswalk.

Literally the worst customer service ever everytime I go there they always get my order wrong no matter what. And the employees are extremely disrespectful, I don’t recommend coming here.

We love Smoothie King. But recently they started asking for tips. Why? What for? It makes me really uncomfortable. If I say no, will they spit in my drink? Plus the last time we left a tip they messed up our order anyways. Will be switching to Tropical Smoothie or somewhere else from now on.

I order 2 smoothies and I açaí bowl. At 8:34 pm. The guy who took my order, he give me the smoothies but I had to wait literally 10 minutes for the açaí bowl. No body was inside the store just us ( 2 ppl) he literally ignore me and not even say is going to be a couple of minutes. I just wait. Until another worker make my bowl. At night the crew who works there they don’t care about the costumers. Not the first time that this happened to me.

Love smoothie king, please don't change your reward program. It's the best! ...because of it i come several times a week! On top of that, this specific location is bomb! Always courteous, friendly and order spot on fast and accurate overall great customer service! My vegan expresso mocha always tastes the same with my added extras. Thank yall, yall rule the day; Always!!

Went here and they were clearly under staffed and overwhelmed. We had a diabetic that received a sugary drink after clarifying multiple times that he cannot have sugar and a celiacs person (severe gluten allergy) after really stressing he can be hospitalized after eating gluten get the wrong drink that had gluten in it. Reeks of bad management, terrible, never going back. I also received the wrong drink however that doesn't matter as much as this one mistake just costed us.
