Great service but very long lines. They should separate the cell phone section from the cable section.

Came into the store this week 10/26/24, and informed the first available rep with very long hair (Best description-as i dont remember his name). Informed him i needed a sim card for my phone, as i recently transitioned to spectrum mobile and was told by the online support to go to the store since, i was not able to receive my sim via mail. I was immediately greeted with a bad attitude and lot of objections from the rep. Do i have a transfer code, my att account id? I asked i just need a sim card, i did sign a few items already with spectrum and was told that because of the process already conducted, signing the paper work for transfer etc, i just need the new sim card information. After questioning the in store reps process because my online support rep was very detailed and knowledgable. He insisted that NO the online support always sends ppl to the store with mis-information etc. So i spent 25-30minutes in the store on hold with ATT since my business account does not allow a quick retrieval of this transfer code he needed. I informed him this is taking a lot longer that i was expecting and have my pup in the car. He then provides me with a sim card and told me i can contact online support for further assistance. Now i was very specific in my request when i entered the store initially. To have the rep waste my time because of his need to feel whatever it was.. he needed, is ridiculous. As a business owner this is terrible service wasting my time and trying make me feel as if I was inconveniencing him and needing to go thru some ridiculous process, where he could have just verified my account and provide the sim card.

Let me start by saying this is the worst cable internet company ever! Stay far away from these people all the concerned with is how much money they can take out of your pocket, their service sucks their customer service is even worse they try to intimidate you over the phone when you call up to either cancel your service or remove services! It is the worst company ever ran! I was not impressed with the number of sales people that I was watching trying to pressure all the customers into using Spectrum mobile people don't go in there to get pressure sales people jumping down your throats as soon as you walk in the door! Giving people knowledge of a product is one thing but using it in a way to pressure them to be made to feel uncomfortable so they have to purchase something is another story! To be honest it is unacceptable! I went in to renew my cable modem and I specifically said do not try to sell me anything!! Very very poor customer service skills and pressure sales do not work in 2019! SPECTRUM SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I am thrilled that I am able to switch to Verizon FiOS 5G home internet and that they are actually in my area in the hills of Clermont! I am over the moon that I was finally able to get rid of spectrum the devil in the internet and cable industry has finally been removed from my home!!!! Hallelujah!!

Horrible customer service experience, you could feel racism at its best expression, I didn’t do absolutely nothing to provoque the lady who apparently thought I was her worse nightmare,this happened today, Sunday 10/13/24 2:30pm …do they know that we the customers are the ones who allow them to have a salary…? Apparently they think their bosses produce the money or something like that….wow, can’t wait for another provider to move to Clermont so I can cancel my subscription with spectrum, not only bad internet service, now I get this horrible attitude like I owe them something….I was actually returning defective equipment…I believe I deserve a little courtesy…

I recently visited the Spectrum store in Clermont, and I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, an outstanding attendant who exceeded my expectations in every way. Her exceptional service deserves recognition, and I'm thrilled to share my experience.
Tracy demonstrated unwavering dedication, attentiveness, and respect from the moment we walked in. She listened attentively to our needs, offered expert guidance, and patiently answered all our questions.
Her professionalism and expertise helped us find the perfect phones for my entire family, securing an unbeatable price and plan. Her knowledge of Spectrum's offerings was impressive, and her willingness to ensure we got the best deal was genuinely appreciated.
What struck me most was Tracy genuine interest in ensuring our satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make sure we left the store happy and confident with our purchase.

We got a new TV and the Universal remote that came with our cable box would not communicate with it. When I went into the store to explain the situation, the man behind the counter was immediately understanding and extremely helpful. He explained that universal meant that it now was required for the control to communicate withof different models. He proceeded to then share with me three new remote controls and said he was sure one of them would work. He was correct and I am very happy and appreciative.

Talk about a mess of a location. Something is always down, preventing in store payments. They are excellent at pushing their automated garbage. In store customer service is a complete shot in the dark. Is there any aspect of this stupid expensive cable company that makes me feel comfortable as them as my no choice provider? Not for a second.
Dealing with them over a phone will drive you to licking walls. Lots of time spent with little to no results. Absolutely horrible dealings. Please save your automated response of an apology. It’s worthless.

Literally no customer service here at all.
I was directed to come to this location by tech support due to my WiFi modem stop working after thunderstorm. I went into the location and the employee Traci told me she did have anymore equipment; Which was understandable due to the storm. However the defeated, aggressive vibe & unwilling to help or explain the issue is not expectable. I asked to call another store or if she could ship the equipment she said told me no. Thus why is this company paying this employee to not help their customer face to face. No support, empathy or solutions. I will be taking my WiFi business elsewhere.

My phone stopped working. It said there is no SIM card. Strange, it was working earlier in the morning. I took it to the Spectrum store. The man asked if I turned my phone on and off. I said yes. He asked if my phone was still under warranty, looked it up, and said it was not under warranty, so I would have to pay $97.00 for my old phone and buy a new one. I left the store and called customer support on my work phone. They said, turn it off and wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on. I did as instructed, and the phone worked....apparently, I didn't need to spend $97.00 and buy a new phone. What a scam! These people will rip you off. If you are thinking of switching, don't do it. The service is spotty at best, and customer service doesn't exist.
