My initial February 2 experience was good. I spoke to ashley and got two phones she was very professional, but I was misinformed. I asked about the internet. She told me to come back 3 weeks and we can get the internet for $26. Don't pay anything for the modem and pay $50 a month if it's an auto called February 20th spoke spoke to Ashley. Ashley told me that. Yes, I can come in and get the modem for that price. I even asked her to reassure him. She said. Yes, I went to. They gave me a run around and refused to honor what they're employed offered. I spent half of my day trying to resolve this, and still, my situation is unresolved. A company that does not honor what their employee offered. The customers should not be a company to be affiliated with speaking. The honest truth is a very bad experience.

Went to return my home internet to get a new one was told that they couldn’t do it cause there not authorized.was rude about it .. went to the other t mobile by Culver’s I was told by them they should off help me cause they have same things the do.

This store is amazing! I’m kicking myself right now because I did not jot down the names of the manager and the employee that helped me today. They’re awesome!I visited this store today after dealing with customer service (the 800 number) for the past several months on a few issues on my account. The customer service line was awful, simply hair pulling. Nothing was ever resolved after being advised that it would be.In less than 20 minutes, this store resolved all pending issues. Note to customers, if you have an issue/s, do not call customer service. My advice is to go to your Local store if you’re able to. I highly recommend this store.The manager that was there today, 11/13/23, resolved all issues in quick and efficient manner. He made everything better! He also took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns.I was ready to cancel my account today after the mess I had to deal with with customer service. I don’t anticipate anymore issues, but, if by chance I do, I’m going to straight to this store, specifically to the manager that helped me today.Thank you to T-Mobile Clermont (on SR-50)!

Been a customer for five years with this store. Was once a good store with good customer service. Just had the worst experience in the past week with T-Mobile customer service and now with the store. There is never a sense of urgency or sense that somebody has something else to do and they take their time. complicated story with three lines. All I needed was one Sim card that they forgot to give me last time and it ends up being a long drawn out process. Finally had to walk out and try to go to a different store. When will we ever get back to good customer service. The dishonest or not being up front about accessories not being shipped with phone by Zach was disappointing. I’ve dealt with Zach for years and he was always up front and honest. They whole experience just made me realize the store is not what it use to be.

Have the best sale with Mike and Zuly they’re both help me with my purchase and a awesome deal with my new iPhone 14 pro max with a trade in . They are very friendly and helpful. Thanks T-Mobile for a good costumer service I have I would highly recommend this place.

This is by far the best t-mobile experience I've had! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and made my time there fun. Especially Mike and Trevor they worked together to get me the best deal for what I wanted. I rather wait to be helped by this store than the Roper location.

Walked in. Waited a little over 90 minutes to buy a new phone. When it was my turn, the lady told me they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. She did not offer any other options and was short. By this time, it was 15 minutes till closing. It felt like she just wanted to be done with me and not have to deal with setting up a new phone. Very disappointing!

Went and got a new phone and line. Told the guy I didn’t want the insurance on the phone and he wouldn’t take it off and said it has to stay on for 4 months and then I can take it off. I called to take it off and they said that’s not true.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of dishonesty! I was told the accessories came with the phone and to my surprise I found out I am being charged for the accessories. I was told that my monthly bill would be a certain amount and now my bill has jumped up to $170, with added features that I did not ask for. it should’ve been my choice to say whether or not I want to purchase the accessories from you guys and this is very dishonest. You lied and said everything was included. I no longer have any desire to continue with T-Mobile.

I was helped by an amazing employee named Zach. He was extremely professional and efficient in helping me process my order. Zach was also very patient with me through out the whole process after I kept making mistakes which caused him to do double the work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you Zach and T-Mobile!
