Buyer beware ** I called this man personally to ask if he had the charger port for the iPhone 14 pro max, his response was "yes, we can fix it today, we have it"... sent my boyfriend in - they didn't have the part. Proceeded to make him pay the full price of $120 to order the part. Owner said it would be in the next day - we are 3 days waiting and still he says " we will get it by 5, by 11, yadda yadda". Today? Can't even get anyone to answer the phone. I've called 5 times

Absolutely the best phone repair shop around kissimmee. Called every shop and they were outrageous prices. Imperial hooked me up with new phone screen and back replacement due to issue. Would recommend anyone to go here for the best pricing and quality.

Please do not go to this place they will scam you. This guy I told him both of my screens were cracked and I just wanted my screens to be fixed and my battery was fine. However, he has taken my battery out and replace a little old battery as soon as I found out My phone was turning off and on he only fixed the front, but the price for both front and back screens will be pricey. I kept going back to this place but he kept telling me that I needed just to reset my phone and I went to the Apple care Center and they have told me that he has basically replaced the old battery with another old battery that is not with Apple. Overall he will scam you take your items so he can sell it to others. This owner is a fake, And a scammer even though I have signed the paper meaning there is no refunds allowed. I have spent almost $200 when it was $181 for me to get my phone fixed when he didn’t do exactly as he said. This place is not worth it. Do not come over here he also aims for easy people that are by themselves and would be gullible enough to trust him. Other than that this place needs to get shut down and sued for false advertising and other situations for scamming.

Great service! The tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went there to have a broken I-phone screen replaced, he did the job quickly and we came away with lots of useful advice. Mega happy! ?Definitely recommend him!

DO NOTTTTTT TAKE ANY OF YOUR DEVICES HERE!!!!!!?I made the mistake of trusting this glib-liar and business front, 'TWICE' to repair my devices [cracked screens].In fact, BOTH of my phones sustained terrible, constant glitching malfunctions AFTER I RECEIVED THEM from this place!???????????Of which he faulted the device! ???Saying, the phone itself was no good - after he DESTROYED it, of course!???? ?????YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE, REPUTABLE!!!!!?????????

He "repaired" the camera glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max, he said that he could still get into water but really, he couldn't and now my cell phone has water on the glass, I went to have him solve the problem and he told me " apply heat from hair dryer” I did that and now it's worse. It is the worst advice you can give in those cases. In short, a bad experience with this character. I do not recommend that you come to this site to repair your phone.

What a great experience! We use our tablets and laptops a lot. 2 of our tablets needed to have the screens replaced due to us dropping them, and one of our laptops was acting funny. Needless to say, the tablets were fixed, and so was the laptop. The prices were competitive and it was only $50 to have the laptop fixed. We are beyond impressed with this establishment and we will be telling all the people we work with about this place. Thank you Imperial IT!!! ?
