OVERPRICED ! Check other UPS Store prices
After a more than normal (expensive) color run and then paying 17% more for the exact same shipment (item weight & address) compared to the next UPS store nearby the cashier charged $4.00 for an envelope that is complementary at other stores.

Update: I'm taking 5 stars away. One of your guys has a big attitude. Not the big guy. He assisted me after the one guy said he won't help me. The "professional" in this situation also called me a dick.

This is the second time I have dropped off an important package with 2-day delivery. For whatever reason the package is getting picked up 30+ hours after original drop off scan (drop off Monday at noon and finally picked up on Tuesday at 7:50). UPS will show the delivery date being in 2 days, but then update after it sits in the store for 24+ hours to be delivered in 3 days. It ends up being the same speed as ground shipping. Not sure why this is an issue at this location.

This location at the Golden Eagle shopping center has a fabulous staff. I use this location for my mail and Amazon deliveries. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They also treat their customers with respect which many younger adults no longer do. I would highly recommend this particular UPS store.

Employee #: P0S7380A was fantastic. She helped us print something that we have been having a lot of trouble printing. She reprinted them double sided for us and helped us get the right paper for them. She was very helpful!
