Had great customer service by all three employees Aimee,Crystal and Andrew. They answered all my questions and helped me out in everything I needed. Also, when handling packages they are very strategic and make sure everything is handed with care.

Best customer service ! Ask about the mailing service for Thousand Trails members 15$ a year and 1$ per package. Sure beats the 5$ per package at TTO

The associates at the UPS store were super fun and welcoming! They helped me out with everything I needed, and they felt genuinely enthusiastic about helping me too! Plus, they have a great selection of holiday stamps!

I pay for the use of the Amazon locker and mailbox, for nearly 3 years I’ve used this UPS store. Didn’t have a problem until recently.I had 6 packages missing. When I went into the store to inquire I was told “they’re not missing.” If I don’t have them in my possession nor do I know where they are…it seems that there is a word for that…almost like the packages are missing. I haven’t been getting notifications via email nor text message for my packages. When I asked why I was greeted with a huff. Once in awhile I understand but 2x a week apart is bad business.However, I digress, the attitude of the employees is absolutely ridiculous. Some, not all of them, are incredibly rude, like you’re interrupting their work day by being in the store.Occasionally, there is 1 employee that does go above and beyond, once I get his name I’ll update.The owner has always been incredibly kind, helpful and polite but his employees’ attitude will sink his business.Proceed with caution

In my personal opinion that I always go to this store, the attention of a girl who apparently is in charge is very bad. It's not nice at all, it's a shame for the store owner who has to post this bad review because of a person who is not very qualified for customer service.

I go to this store often since my son is in the military and I send letters and packages. Unfortunately I ha e to say, I will start going to a different store since those 2 young persons are very rude everytime I go. The young guy is like always mad and he gets upset about every little thing and the spanish girl is very mean and lazy. They also don't care about the packages. I saw another blonde lady step on one of the packages (not mine) and she didn't even look at it, she just kept walking. Nice place and very needed in the area but customer service suck. Sorry!

Extremely rude blonde woman. I walk in at 3pm. She yells from where she was WE ARE CLOSED! THE DOORS ARE ONLY OPEN FOR THE MAILMAN. I said, ‘oh, what time to do you close?’ She yells again from across the store, ‘3 AND ITS 3.’No problem. I get it. But the execution of letting me know was completely unnecessary.

Honestly everyone here is kind so I don’t want to give only one star. However My issue is with pricing. How can a place charge .35 cents per copy! That is unreal. I’ve never even heard of places charging more than .10 cents per copy.I was under the impression it would be .10 cents a copy. I almost died when I was told my total. After I heard the total I was told they were .25 cents per copy and I printed over 300 copies but when I look at the receipt it shows .35 cents per copy. So that was confusing. What am I gonna do? Not pay? Idk what to do in that situation. And when I noticed an error on my forms I wanted to at least reprint them with correct information but they said they’d have to charge me all over again and could not exchange the forms for the correct ones. Because that was an error on my part. Which I guess makes sense but at the price they charge for copies I’m shocked. So $120+ Wasted for nothing. Awesome.

I've had bad experiences in the past at other stores. But this one is quite different. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I had questions about my package and they helped me find all the information I needed. Every time I have visited, the service has been fast and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this UPS Store. Overall, a great experience. You guys are the best! Thank you very much for your work.
