“I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Beginnings and Gio and his incredible team. They went above and beyond to help us unload a large donation that included heavy furniture, and many other bulky items when no other donation centers were willing or able to assist.
Not only did they help unload everything from the truck with kindness and professionalism, but they also took the time to schedule a pickup for the remaining items we weren't able to bring. Their willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.
Organizations like New Beginnings truly make a difference in the community. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping others are remarkable. We are so grateful for their assistance and the impact they continue to have on so many lives.
Thank you, Gio and team, for all that you do. May you continue to be blessed as you help so many people. You are an absolutely amazing organization!”
“Latera Brooks is an amazing attribute to this humble, yet welcoming and uplifting store. She is so bubbly, and extending her warm smile that you can't help, but feel welcome. The store has great positive vibes, and honest pricing! One thrift store that makes me feel like they genuinely care about their customers and their community! 5 Stars isn't enough, I would rate higher than thar! Thank you again. Highly recommended!”
“Great prices! Friendly and helpful employees. Excellent customer service. They have a good selection of clothing, furniture, decor, and much more. Highly recommend”
“My experience visiting the South Lake Animal League thrift shop has been a wonderful and wholesome experience. I have been coming to this location due to the store having some great merchandise that most other thrift shops do not have. The environment is very welcoming and the staff members are amazing. Sundays are my go to days especially that it caters to all animals. In addition, the location is great especially that it's in the heart of downtown Clermont. Can't wait for this Sunday to see whats in store for purchase and of course the animals. Thank you to the staff for exceptional hospitality.”
“it’s a very nice goodwill with a large selection. just know that they don’t do returns (only store credit) and have no fitting rooms, which makes buying clothes pretty complicated. be sure you know you want it”
