A bank with a 5-star review? Yep! And well deserved. I am very happy with the manager and staff at this South Clermont branch. It's got the feel of your personal, local bank and I like that. I do all my business with them and Renee, the branch manager, takes an interest in how we are doing and how the bank can support us.
A simple thing like coming in for lunch once or twice a week demonstrates his support, and he does it.
Kudos to Trustco South Clermont. Great job lads. Thanks for always providing great service.

Had a wonderful experience at the bank. Tivani helped me open up a new checking account. Both he and Val introduced themselves upon me entering. I was happy an appointment wasn't necessary. It was quick and easy. The offerings of the bank are perfect for any personal needs. I look forward to staying with them for a long time.

I had a terrible situation happen that caused $130 in fees. I still do not understand exactly why so many fees. However, after I exhausted all options to get help I posted a terrible review here. It got the attention of the correct person and TrustCo Bank, specifically the South Clermont branch, fixed everything including a follow-up phone call to me personally. Thank you so much.
