Staff is amazing. Highly recommend getting your auto repair work done here. Usually auto shops are a dread to deal with, but this place was the opposite. Very accommodating and pleasant experience. From the receptionist to the mechanic and management - exceptional.

I visited several mechanics, but none of them could identify the problem with my car. However, this mechanic was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it. As a result, my car now drives beautifully.
Forgot to mention that what he found was the lower control arm on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder.

My car is on her last leg of life and I will never forget the kindness shown to me by Dawn, Matt, and James. They were so honest with me that the damage on my car was not worth how much it would take to fix her given her old age and many problems. All the while, I was very emotional at this news, they still helped me with other things to at least get her on the road again so I could make it home safely. I just appreciate how they could have so easily taken advantage of a clueless girl like me but they ushered me into making the right decision, even though it meant less business for them, because it was in my best interest. Special thank you to Miss Dawn who even let me hug her when I needed to cry about it. Considering I came from Pep Boys across the street who wouldn't even see me without an appt made, it was a drastic change to experience this kindness and consideration. It was clear they care more about the drivers than the cars 🥰 I am a Tuffy goer for life now ❤️

Very efficient, excellent work. Very friendly staff. Makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend. I have had oil changes, tires and work done. Always a fair price. My husband and I both use Tuffys. !

The person who helped me, a Mr. Luis, had a terrible attitude. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes just to tell him I needed to replace all my tires, even though they were fine. They didn't do anything to my car, and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. I even gave Mr. Luis a discount coupon for an alignment, and he never gave it back. The customer service was awful.
