Michelle was outstanding in customer service. I’m a new customer at Amazon and she went above and beyond to help me with my returns. I had some hardships the last week and she was so kind, caring, patient, thoughtful and amazing. Highly recommend this store. Ty for hiring her!!

While waiting in line I witnessed the customer in front of me treat the employee Lisa absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. It took everything in me to bite my tongue. Lisa was kind and just following policy informing the lady she had to ship separate orders in separate boxes that she needed to purchase (not just hand the items to the employee) Lisa remained professional and afterwords while helping me I had to say something to her how that situation almost made me get out of my character on the customer. Lisa shared they had dealt others with today (and I assume most days) that have treated them all in the same disrespectful manner. These people are service workers, providing help and services to us! They deserve the utmost respect. Tee checked me out and was equally kind, helpful and respectful. Every time I’ve gone in this store they have all been amazing.

Worst UPS store i have ever been to. All the women in this branch are miserable and don’t ever want to work or help out with any needs. This store is literally 5 mins away from my house and I always drive the extra 15 mins to go the the other nearest ups store thats how terrible the staff is that I completely avoid going into that store. Either some of the staff needs to retire or get rid of them so they can learn to value their job.

The recent reviews speak for itself. This location clearly lacks customer service expertise from their employees. I went in to drop off my Amazon packages like I've always done, and all of a sudden "we don't do that anymore". Do what? Take packages? They wouldn't provide any information, just stated they "don't do that anymore" I went to the Groveland store, took me less than a minute to have my packages scanned & on their way. UPS, listen to your customers and get this store some decent help jeez

This UPS store used to be fantastic! I used to come here all the time and they would go above and beyond to help with any needs.I've been there twice recently and have been met with a nasty attitude or an "I don't know."They discourage you from going to other UPS stores and provide no service and have terrible attitudes.I can assure you, this will be the LAST TIME I come to this "franchise" location. I will go out of my way to go to a store where I am treated kindly and my questions are answered and give them my hard earned money.UPDATE!! *45 Mins after visit*I came to the store in Montverde, just a drive down HWY 50 and there were NO ISSUES. Scanned my QR code I had originally provided, and off goes my product.For all your UPS needs go to13900 County Road 455UPS Store #4670I will NEVER step foot in this store again.

Terrible customer service. I came in direct from a trade show with a large display that needed to go out immediately. The valid label that I received was in an email form but they said I needed to print it. (Even though they will print a sticker and slap on the side of this large plastic parcel when they scan the label)I asked them if they would accept an email. They refused.My suggestion is to go to FedEx.Zero customer service.

Online shows store closes at 6:30om. Drove 20 min to get there to return Spectrum cable boxes (which Spectrum advises to return that way. I Walked in store at 6:15. There are two workers. They tell me they already closed out the cash register since they are closing in 15 minutes so they couldn’t take the boxes. What??? What has happened to this new generation of customer service? Back in the day if your store shows closing at 6:30 that tells the public that they can come in and do business up until that time. If you have limited services, then your website should show that you are closed at 6 PM or 6:15 PM. It’s misleading and creates waste of time in rework for your customers. Had I use the UPS store that I normally do in the Publix plaza in Clermont at the intersection of CR455 and Highway 50, I guarantee I could’ve walked in there at 6:28 PM and they would have assisted me. Not sure if they are owned by the same owners, but apparently a family by the name of Preston owns this one. Please, Prestons, give better service than this! Teach your employees that it is OK to continue helping customers up until the time your door closes and then close out your registers. Why does this new generation not want to stay a few minutes past a store closing to do there? Teach your employees that it is OK to continue helping customers up until the time your door is locked and then close out your registers. Why does this new generation not want to stay a few minutes past a store closing to do their end of day procedures??!!!?
