No patience, I asked for options on sending a package and he printed the label before I could even read the options, then I ended up paying more, just a bit of courtesy would have been appreciated, and they just open, is too early for him to have a bad day already.I will drive further to avoid this attitude.

Absolutely horrible place. This is where customer service videos go to film on WHAT NOT TO DO!!! Josue, the counter clerk is terrible at his job and needs to be retrined on how to interact with people. Do not go here!!

Closed at 2:00 on Saturdays but they’ll stick around to yell at you through the mail slot if you drop off a letter. Apparently the post office doesn’t accept mail anymore, they just deliver rudeness.

My wife had a package delivered to the office at 877 Mineola they told me it wasnt there and sent me to this office. Guess what it was at the Mineola office and they didn’t bother to look while I was there the woman just said we don’t get general delivery from Clermont here and sent me to this office. So the people at this office call them and shocker it was there! so this office had it overnighted so I didn’t have to drive a half hour again. Thank you.

Received the worst customer service from Josue. He took a total of 4 people ahead of me when I was next in line to be served and refused to scan the package I dropped off. Came to the post office to drop off a package and he did not provide me a receipt with the tracking information. I have to go back to the post office to request a receipt with the tracking information.

No shipping boxes in any of the three bins and I was there at 930 in the morning..... Meaning they didn't bother to restock overnight at all

This place is ridiculous we are in the busiest time of year and they are trying to run it with two people. They aren’t friendly but I can’t blame them when they’re trying to do everything with only 2 people. With that being said they make the DMV workers look like the fastest workers in the world I just needed to pick up a box waited for over 10 minutes in line and it never moved so I just left. Hopefully I have better luck tomorrow….

This has to be the worst post office to deal with. They picked up a package on 11/30/23 and since the pickup it has not been scanned anywhere. Went in today to ask about it and the person helping couldn’t care less about trying to help. Just stated it’s not here without even going to look. Was asked to go look and “It’s not here.” Was all that he would say. Just wanted me to move on so he could ignore the next persons response is what it felt like. Highly recommend not to use this post office of you are shipping anything.

Been using this post office for a couple of years now. Not always the friendliest people at first, but they are after they get to know you. Never had any issues with sending or receiving mail here.

Not too customer oriented, clean or organize. Wishing that another location come closer to my four corners area. Loughman location is far and obsolete and tiny.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE. Went there to ship a package this morning. Had two guys fighting each other right in front of the exit employees stood by and did absolutely nothing. I was scared for my life. Do not use this post office. It’s not safe.

I really wish there were a no star option. My husband and I went on 8/5/23 to ship a box overnight. We had just shipped the day prior. However on Saturday we arrived at 2:02. They close at 2, but the door was unlocked and a Hispanic gentleman walked in right before us, literally steps ahead of us. Clerk #99 told my husband that they were closed for the day and would have to come on Monday. It was odd because he said nothing to the man ahead of us. Even more odd the fact that we were the only non Hispanic and were singled out to leave. Now mind you we came they day before at 5:56 and they continued to let customers in WELL past closing. My husband brought the box back to the car. I told him to get the young mans name, of course, he took his badge off as my husband was going back in. He told us his name was Josway. I would really like to know why we were turned away, but the other guy was allowed to stay and receive service. Customer service should be equal regardless of whom is walking into your establishment. Retraining on customer service is definitely in order as well as training on racial sensitivity. I will definitely be reporting up the chain. This is disappointing.
