Even though there were only 2 soldiers behind the counter, with a line in front of me, 7 deep, and all different kinds of issues, I had bought my book of stamps within 16 minutes of opening the door. Wow! Thank you both for being large, and in charge, loving what you do!

After dealing with a snippy gentleman at the minneola office the gentleman here was so nice trying to help me out. Also, there was a kind lady working on her own before the second associate (the one who helped me) showed up to help. She was so kind with everyone she helped prior to me.

How sad! What happened to the kind people who worked at that office? Now you go there and they treat you with horrifying arrogance. They should definitely change the staff. It costs nothing to be kind.

i bought a package on july 7th, package was shipped out same day, went through distribution centers like normal. THEN it hit this post office. LOST within a matter of a day. OUT FOR DELIVERY THEN NEVER SHOW UP?? like did my package fall out of the truck driving. 0 stars PERIOD

Lately this postal office service has been very rude to customers and laziness. After I had my package ready to send and just because I just had a zip code the told me to redo the line again to send it instead give the package to them once its donde like normally used to be. They need to consider changing some of ther rude unprofessional clerks.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. This location has had my package STUCK for a whole week and I'm ao frustrated. It was at my local facility ready to be delivered, then it was randomly shipped here and jas not moved an inch. And they are impossible to get ahold of. Just don't use USPS.

It was posted on the door that the opening time is 8:45AM, I waited outside the door until 9:30AM, waited for an hour, the staff is chatting inside but not open the door!

Never open on time and the people here are rude. Thought we was suposse to be at work by a specific time? I mean that's how it's supposed to work. And these people just get away with people's wasted time. Clermont deserves better people that can and will talk to customers. Not eye rolling with attitude cause they have to do some work. All the customers can hear them in the back.

They won't answer their phone. I have to drive a half hour for a simple answer that could be handled in 10 seconds over the phone.
