My wife had a package delivered here, so I drove half a hour from our campground to pick it up. I ask for the package and Rossi or Ross black lady tells me we don’t handle general delivery here. So I said I’m a half hour away at a campground can you just check ? I tell her the campground we are staying at and automatically she gives me the address to the post office that is a mile away from the campground and like a idiot I didn’t pull out the tracking number. She just automatically assumed my package was there when tracking said it was at her office. You are an idiot or just have a chip on your shoulder. So I drive all the way back to the other office, not there! Big shock. They call the office I just came from and of course it’s there. The office on 1100 U.S. 27 was great they had the package overnighted to their office. I’ll be leaving a 5 star review for them.

These people should be arrested and thrown in jail for stealing people's packages and mail. DISGUSTING how evil people are these days. I can't wait until they get what they deserve because that time will come! ?

This post office has never been good. Or decent. Vega, who I dread dealing with, has never been pleasant but instead condescending and rude. How they still have their job is fascinating. Do better

This place is garbage. We dropped off a priority mail package, keyword on PRIORITY. It sat there for 4 days before it got a scan and moved. It only moved when we went and had to severely complain and all we got was "sorry we are understaffed". We paid for a service and it was not completed. Who knows how long it would have sat there without moving.

Went to mail one envelope(11-7-23). I needed to purchase only one stamp. I haven't mailed any mail for about a year. So I thought the clerk quoted $.56 and I handed her $.75. She gave me my change and the stamp. Before leaving the counter I ask if she could take my envelope or whether I have to use the lobby. She said I would have to use the lobby. I dropped my letter in the lobby drop box and then looked at my change. I only had $.09 in my hand. I thought the change should be $.14. So I returned to the counter and just said to the clerk I believed she meant to give me a dime instead of nickle. I begin to tell her the stamp was $.56 she corrected me and said the stamp was $.66. I said, 'oh, I thought you said, $.56.' Now, I could understand why my change from $.75 was $.09. Case should be closed, right? No, she gets all boogety, saying, "I do this all day!!! I know my job!!! I'm good at my job!!! I don't need to do all that for $.14 cents!!!"It didn't warrant this response from her. She was so unprofessional and ARROGANT!!! I wasn't questioning her abilities to do her job. But even those of us who are good at our jobs can make a mistake! And the most important skill in her position is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She interacts with people all day! And PATIENCE with a PLEASANT disposition are a Must or you should be working in the backroom!!! Master these skills before spewing about what you know!I heard someone call her Amy. Well Amy, I'm sorry you felt a need to Boast about what you know and imply you NEVER make a mistake! I hope you improve your PEOPLE SKILLS or I will wait in line for the next available clerk instead of you, or drive toWashington Street location (even though it's further away).I made the mistake and acknowledged that I misheard the cost you quoted. There was NO need to get an attitude and boogety, AMY!!! Totally unprofessional and uncalled for!!!

Typical post office with indifferent customer service, but it is what it is. This location is in downtown Clermont, Florida and I had to get a package out. At least it is on its way.

Super helpful! If you need anything done, don’t call in (the phones are automated by the government). Just come to the location in person and they’ll help you with anything you need.

Terrible service! Just moved here about a month ago and have had 4 packages sent back! Never got a call or a note in the mail saying they couldn't deliver them!

I drop off prepaid, Priority Mail packages on a regular basis. I have never had a problem at this location, and I'm glad they have a drop shoot. If it's full, the counter employees are happy to take my boxes from me and even offer a receipt.

Our mail carrier left mail at 1:30pm but did not pick up the 2nd Sat. in May food drive bag. I went on-line for instructions on bag placement (by our mailbox); the bag was ignored. USPS, please advise your carriers to follow through next time.

While I think all USPS offices are absolutely trash as the government doesn't do anything to improve service or technology at any location, this is one of the worst. There is no machine for printing your own postage nor a bin to drop packages off. The small bin for small mail is always full to where the door is stuck so you literally have to take a day off of work or plan your entire day around and dropping a package off to a person. The packages are always lost or stolen by employees. The line is always out the door, and there's not enough staff to run the place. I will pay more to use any other service rather than supporting the government.
