“I have had three (3) events at Once Upon a Creation, a wine / workshop girls night with my best friends; my daughter's 6th Princess Tea Party & recently my daughter's 8th Glow Birthday Party. Each event has been absolutely perfect!! Cathylee is AMAZING, she takes such care in making sure each event is perfect, it really shows! My daughter always has the best birthday & her friends truly enjoy themselves! Cathylee's team is great too, Nicole the event coordinator really helped me make decisions in planning, and the assistants July & Michelle who helped during the party! Thank you for always making each event so beautiful & fun!”

“The staff (everyone- Elaine and her team, the photographer, the catering service, the decorations, the setting, the area for getting ready) was wonderful!!! I wanted my daughter and her husband to have a a wonder reception and they did!!
The value was wonderful, I had multiple guest tell me how much they were enjoying themselves. The fact that they had a little playground - made the small children stay busy (the DJ kept them dancing)
The location was easy to find, parking was excellent - enough room for everyone.
Few little bugs, but it's Florida - so you can't complain.
I'm so happy for the wedding but the reception finished the day with a bang.

“Their sound system isnt great, their ppt isn't great, but I can't beat the location & prices of tickets. The ppl who works there is awesome. We've seen a few cover bands they were are fantasticI hope they continue to have great entertainers!”

“Absolutely love this establishment!! The owner, Lisa was our instructor & she is amazing!! Knowledgeable, patient & creative. Celebrated a friends birthday at a private event but she has almost daily workshops available. Highly recommend anyone to take the opportunity to create their own unique woodwork for themselves or as gifts. Fun, therapeutic & innovative for adults & children.”

“I recently hosted a large family reunion at Gabby’s, and overall, it was an absolutely spectacular experience. The event was beautiful from start to finish, and I truly felt like I chose the perfect venue for such a special occasion.

Miguel, the banquet manager, was outstanding — incredibly thorough, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched.

Chef Antonio was equally impressive — such a talent. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, adding thoughtful touches and bringing a level of expertise that made a real difference.

Gloria was an absolute gem — kind, polite, and incredibly attentive. She made sure both my guests and I were well taken care of throughout the event.

The rest of the team — Blanca, Landon, Mimi, Lismary, Agruda, Jacob, Maria, Alejandro, and Juleis — were all wonderful. Warm, courteous, and consistently checking in to make sure everything ran smoothly.

I truly have no complaints. The service, professionalism, and overall experience were exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Gabby’s for any special event.”

“One of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve stayed in and I have seen the best and the worst. Located in a hilly area of Florida which I did not expect. The housekeeping staff was great. Nice outdoor pool. Close to many restaurants. You can’t go wrong staying here.”
