“From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”

“We just moved here from out of state and we have two dogs that have a lot of issues so needed to find a vet who could get us in quickly and one who is knowledgeable. We were able to get an appt very quickly at Royal Oaks. They were friendly and helpful over the phone and when we came in for the appt the two office gals were great! Super friendly and came out to per our two dogs plus they had gotten our records from our previous vet back home. Our Vet tech was wonderful and the Dr had already read through our dogs charts and knew what was going on. I’m glad that we found our new vet close to home.”

“Extremely pleased. Everyone there from the reception to the vet tech and the actual vet was very friendly competent and a real pleasure. They went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Low wait, nice office. The estimate they gave me on the phone was what I paid with zero upsetting nonsense. The price was half of what everybody else wanted. Very reasonable and affordable.”

“Dr Herrera has been taking care of all my horses, cows and now goats for nearly 15 years. Him and his wife Dr Ellis have always been not only helpful and compassionate but supportive in the moments we all dread with our animals. For as long as they are in business I will only use them or who they recommend. Having a good relationship with them for my animals has been a blessing and taken a weight off my shoulders. I’ve called them at just about every hour day or night and they have never failed to show up and help in any way they could. From telling me “not to worry, it’s not such a big deal” and advising how to safely treat an issue at home to referring me to UF for removal of a tumor from a horse’s eye, I know I can trust them to give me the safest and best course of treatment and care for my animals. Both my daughters have grown up watching them and now are studying to be vets also, and I truly believe they have had the best example from Herrera and Ellis. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude for them.”
“This is a great office. All of the staff are friendly and know how to handle different dog needs. I have one that wants me by her side and one that is more calm away from me. They are also so efficient and I rarely wait, even for last minute appointments”
“I’m on a long term work trip, so of course I’m not near my usual vet. I called this office (45 mins before closing) hoping for the best - that they could see my dog quickly. He was in lots of pain. They welcomed us in last min, gave me a few different plans moving forward, and made me and my dog feel comfortable. Overall highly recommend!”
