I came today and had an excellent experience. Little by little this place is getting better and better. I appreciate them listening to details I'm getting my order correct and a timely manner and everybody is smiling and friendly. This is what keeps the customers coming back. Thanks again...

120% price for 0% customer service, This is not a reflection of the servers within as interaction was limited.Used to be an all Time favorite, however lately it’s gotten out of hand, and us the consumers allowing these food chains to implement more and more fees and inconveniences are partly to blame. You can no longer call in an order, it has to be done by an app, an app that doesn’t allow you to make important changes to the order to accommodate everyone, for instance vegetarian that want the order with no meat. The opinions to add more meat is there but nothing to remove meat. Significant oversight on their part I hope they fix soon.With increasing prices, now a 20% fee is added to your to-go order regardless if your order is correct, complete or accurate, and if it’s wrong, you can’t call in to complain because their phone system is just a looped recording directing you to order online.If you want to pay top dollar for mediocre quality and service, stop by your local Waffle House as it is clear all these charges are nationwide.Vegetarian options: You are forced to order online, however, Zero opinion to customize any to-go orders for vegetarian. No, you can't call in the order, you will have to stand in line, wait to make an order and wait for your to-go, if it's wrong, you can't call, you have to drive back, wait in line to complain and then wait for them to fix it, or wait for someone to find the launch code and sync with world satellites to even consider a refund. Very inconvenient and annoying.

Gage is the absolute best server ever!! He treats you with respect, and makes sure your coffee cup is always full. He is spot on and always takes care of his customers. He is a true asset to your organization. He has personality plus!!

2/12/2024 @9:15am. I watched a female server try to attack a 80 year old customer because he argued back with her that he hadn't caused at her. I was standing 10 feet away. He never used any kind of foul language. She deserves to to be terminated.

The food is good, not perfect, but good. The staff works well together and do a good job in a small space. Because it is rather small inside, and it was busy, the noise level was heightened. The cooks line never stopped. It was always moving, bacon by the dozen, sausage galore, eggs by the basket, waffle irons burning away - sit at counter and wnjoy the show! It's worth a try for nostalgia if there is no other reason. It is a Southern staple and a tasty one at that.
