Oh my. What has happened to this store? Customer service has become poor, with some employees clearly doing the absolute minimum, displaying epic levels of laziness and indifference. I rely on my meds and their stable supply. But every month a new refill crisis occurs. I'm tired of this drama. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

i take meds for my adhd and ran out on wednesday, my doctor sent a new prescription that day. after she sent the medication i called walgreens to see if it would be ready that night and i was told yes. then when i arrived i was told its on back order and would be available on friday. i called on friday and they said it would be available tomorrow (today) so i called walgreens today and the lady said there’s no estimated arrival day for my prescription and said i should call my doctor on Monday to have her send it somewhere else, the lady said today that with back order they never know when it’ll be ready… so why was i given 3 different days that are wrong?? now it’s saturday and i can’t talk to my doctor til monday, if they had told me wednesday Thursday or friday i could’ve had her send it somewhere else, now i just have a few more days of pain ????? one star is one star too many

This Walgreens is hands down the worst. The Pharmacy from the Top to the Bottom should be fired. The owner of this store should be ashamed to serve Clermont. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I’ve been using Walgreens for several years, but have been having issues lately with the pharmacy. My main issue is that it shouldn’t take over 24 hours to fill a prescription! I used to work at a pharmacy and we’d lose our jobs taking that long. Getting medications on time is very important, but they seem to have no urgency. :(

Went there yesterday to pick up a prescription. There were literally 10 people in line with 2 employees working at turtle speed. It was obviously going to take a half an hour. Simply not acceptable. Too bad, I could have used that prescription. Welcome to third world America where standards are simply a thing of the past.

Exceptionally poor service at their pharmacy. Orders cancelled without warning, prescriptions never ready on time, have received medication with others’ personal information on the label. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Very inconsistent with hours of operation. Pharmacist(s) at this this location do not work the pharmacy scheduled hours and will close the pharmacy at random time(s) because they do not have a pharmacist available to work. As a result the customers are inconvenienced and do not receive their prescriptions timely.

My review is purely for Stacy (possibly Stacey - apologies if I spelled her name wrong), the pharmacist at this location. Every time I’ve had to speak with her or interact with her, she is warm, welcoming, and cheerful. Thank you for all you do, Stacy, and for making the patient/customer experience so wonderful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called about an in-home prostate cancer test, spoke to 2 people in the store then transferred to the pharmacy. Spoke to someone there who kept saying they had COVID test! Spoke to second person in pharmacy who, at least knew what a prostate test was and she transferred me back to the store. I spoke to 2 more managers and a supposed supervisor named Jerry before hanging up. Is that the service you want?

People depend on this pharmacy.They just close whenever without any notifications because they don't have staff. Called to check prescription status, ready for pickup. Drove an hour only to find them closed. Find another responsible, dependable pharmacy.

Snide and sarcastic pharmacy help. Walgreens had issues mailing my prescription for over a week. I called the 877 #, they assured me they can cancel and I can get it filled locally. I called this physical location and the woman on the phone said that was not possible. She finally admitted after saying I had no refills left that there was 2 but only able to use them online. I really don't understand how one company is unable to help me with in their own. I had to call my dr office and tell them about this location being stupid and unprofessional. They had to send in a new prescription even though they knew mine was valid. Also when I called I spent 35 minutes waiting to talk to one of their so "helpful" employees. FYI Amazon is cheaper for medication AND will ship to you about 10 days before you run out, in case anyone else has issues. Also did not help when I finally came to pick up my prescription and waited 35 min in the drive thru, not really their fault. It was after work. The lady at the window was a rude person and rolled her eyes numerous times.

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. It’s been several times now that Nyla vaksh will tell me my prescription is ready and it’s not. There’s always an issue coming here and she is very rude and unprofessional.
