Wow! As a 9/11 survivor with cancer I ran out of medication and am stranded in Florida with RSV. Shanaaz was so patient, personal and was so professional with her service. Brilliant pharmacist! Appreciated!

My elderly mother was unable to get her prescription. They had her drive across town for something that could’ve simply been transferred from one location to another but the customer service is poor. Will be changing her pharmacy.

Every time I try to check my prescriptions to see available refill dates or the last time I had a prescription filled, I am told there are no prescriptions in my name. I have been filling prescriptions for the last 3 months and yet their own on-line pharmacy says I don't have any on file. I am sitting here typing this with 2 prescriptions staring back at me. They are not the ones I am trying to get information on, however one is from August 2023 and one is from Sept. 2023, both filled in their local store and not online. You can and should do better Walgreens!

I do like Walgreens don't get me wrong. But after COVID hit I noticed a lot of businesses tolerating rude employees that don't want to be there. So I get a 30 day prescription here every month that should be filled on day 28. They won't give it to me until day 30. That's fine. But day 30 I go to pick them up and the pharmacist looks at me crazy . After a few seconds of this she says, there not ready yet , we just opened like 30 minutes ago. Wait 20 minutes. So 20 minutes later a pharmacist calls me up and says, there's a problem it's been flagged. Then starts asking questions about my doctor. Before giving me the prescription. And if I only get 1 prescription from their they don't need to ask what prescription, then ask. Is it the xxxxxxxxxx ? So everyone in line knows what I'm getting filled. Isn't there a law against that? Just because they don't care doesn't mean I don't care

I am a prescriber and this is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. I left a voicemail Rx (and have a screenshot documenting this) and the pharmacy told the patient it was never called in. They then refused to take a direct call for the Rx (why would i trust them a second time to listen to a voicemail?) they were rude and frankly incompetent. everyone claims to be understaffed but my advice in the post COVID world to anyone who gets medicine is to find a reliable , local pharmacist you can know by name, and is most of all actually accountable for their work.

This store has a great employee there mark. I called to see if they had a product in stock, he took the time to go an visually look to see a product was in stock he took the extra steps to make sure they have the right product that I was looking for which was baby formula. He held it for me till I arrived I'm very grateful that he was there and he did more for me than he knows thank you so much.

Pharmacy randomly closes all day on a Friday because there is"no pharmacist" so no one can't get the medications they need. No warning. Nothing. Shouldn't there be a contingency plan for a missing pharmacist?

Since when Covid tests are done by drive-thru? Isn't the pharmacist do the test? If is the pharmacist, why the drive-thru? You can't go through the glass, lol, so that means the patient did the test by themselves inside the car. Well if that was the case, do it at home, what's the point, if you don't know how to do it, that's why pharmacists do it in person. Also make the "patient" wait for the results on the drive-thru lane was RIDICULOUS. They made us wait over 20 mins just to pick up our prescriptions. Pharmacy drive-thru is to drop off or pickup prescriptions, not for covid test. Not even an apology from the pharmacist, it's ridiculous ?

I'm sorry but if the pharmacists are doing a covid test on the drive-thru, please make them to wait out of the lane. I don't think people that are picking up their prescription need to wait for someone else results in the drive-thru lane, around 15-20 mins. Drive-thru lane is to pick up or drop prescriptions only.

Excellent Walgreens for customer service. They went above and beyond to get Covid test results to us in a timely manner. Highly recommend going to this location.
