I hate this place they made all my day bad 🤬
My visit was too bad, I came on Saturday
And the nurse said she doesn’t have any lab order for me so I have to go and come back again
I text my clinic and they said they resend the order
So any way the nurses keep saying they have nothing
Then I gave them my order as a photo and they print it eventually
After I stayed for 40 minutes trying to begging them to find a solution
They where so mean and rude
And it is not my fault that they can’t find my order
They spoil my hole day and I will make sure not to go to this lab again
The worst thing is they don’t have any one to greet the clients and to try to solve their problems
The nurses do everything, and they are so mean and rude they treat my as an Insect 🐜 not as a client
I hate them and I hate this lab

The pharmacy staff is the most incompetent, lousy group of people I’ve ever experienced in my life. Two months in a row I get a call and text for pickup, drive 20 minutes just for them to tell me they lied and I have to wait two or three more days. Well is it two or three? And why am I being lied to every time? I haven’t had a single positive experience
Edit: I took more time off work and showed up on the exact day they said to pick up, just to say it’s ready in an hour. These incompetent fools seriously need training or not have a job at all because they have zero clue as to their job functions.

Horrible customer service by the lead pharmacist, Denis. The way he has treated me tonight and in the past is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I switched pharmacies a while ago because of the poor treatment but then decided to go back to the pharmacy out of convenience being that it’s closer to where I live. Boy, was that a mistake! I should have stayed at the other pharmacy by my job. If you don’t have to, don’t go to this pharmacy if you expect good customer service. All of the other associates were nice so it’s not the pharmacy as a whole, my concern is for anyone else who has to deal with Denis.

lazy un helpful went to pick up needed blood pressure medication and was asked to come back in ten minutes and when i return after ten minutes and they were closed big guy with a beard and trying to use a female voice this is not how you treat a customer i will do my business in a different franchise and you should too

This location has horrible customer and it seems to be getting worse over time. I do my absolute best to avoid this location and drive to one further away from my house. Thanks for another horrible experience after not shopping here for months!

This Walgreens pharmacy has the greatest staff. They are kind, professional and treat everyone with upmost priority and respect. No matter how busy it gets, everyone is eager to help. Thank you Darshini, Both Jennifer’s, Dennis, the other Pharmacist (which name escapes me now, my apologies)… and all the other staff at the Pharmacy! Thank you all for all you do for us here. This Walgreens is always busy but they always treat customers with outstanding customer service!!

Been wintering from ILLinois for 6weeks& this Walgreens has been on time helpful in getting 3 different prescriptions filled,efficiently-- drive thru not very busy @ mid- afternoon!! Also, went inside& taken care of w/o much wait!! Thanks all employees!! 🤗

I am a graphic designer so I need to print things out. This is the closest Walgreens to my house, which is why I continue to go here, but I have had multiple issues with the printing services. When I was in school I would need to print projects and I remember that I submitted an order and went to pick it up the next day and was told that the printer was not working. As someone who works with technology, I understand that sometimes technological shortcomings are not always in our power. However, communication can be, and no one communicated this to me in the 24-hour span. I recently printed a document and when I opened the envelope it was clear that it was unacceptable quality. It was smeared and streaky. I have a hard time believing that no one noticed this when putting it in the envelope. I went back in to have them reprint it and the smearing was gone, but it was still streaky and the employee said something to the effect that the printer was not working correctly. Yet again, there was no communication. I think anyone would rather cancel the order than pay for a document in the condition I received it.

All the employees seem like they have a miserable life and taking it out on others. Very rude, no competence or common sense. The Hispanic lady at the register is very condescending. The mini manager is very emotional. She was getting really angry even though I was calm. The main manager avoided to speak to me directly and made her employees relay the message. I've managed many retail businesses and I would fire majority of everyone in there if I ran this place.

Probably the worst managed Walgreens I’ve ever seen. A few months ago, I ordered prints online. They gave me the estimated time of completion and I arrived at that time. I was told when I arrived it would be another hour. I couldn’t stay so I left. My pictures ultimately got thrown in the trash after that. Fast forward to today, I ordered photos and they said it would be ready at 6:30. Given the problem I had last time, I called first to ensure they were infact ready. When I called an Indian lady answered, checked my order number and last name and confirmed they were done. I packed up my kids (one baby) and made my way over there. Upon my arrival I was told that my prints would at least be another 53 minutes and maybe longer because the machine might act up. I told her that I just spoke with someone on the phone and they said they were ready. She told me I needed to wait an hour or come back another day. I asked them how long they would hold the photos for before they threw them out, to which they responded “we don’t know, could be a couple days or a week”. I am flying out tomorrow morning and won’t be back for several days. Not only are the 2 Indian ladies in this store incompetent, they are rude. The store manager needs to have a stern chat with them for their attitude and wasting people’s time, or just clean house.
