Because of an emergency, my daughter needed some insulin and was rushing to get to the pharmacy. The directions showed she might get there one minute past closing. She called the pharmacy to explain the seriousness of the situation. She is dependent on insulin to live. The pharmacy told her they would not wait the extra 60 seconds that might have saved her life. So disgusted in this experience and the Walmart staff. Humanity is failing.

Very LONG wait at the Pharmacy for Drive up, and the young blonde Pharmacist was attitude city on the phone as well as Maxine (technician).. the wait was so long I came inside to get my prescription. I assumed there had to be a huge line/they were surely very busy. Of course.... no line at all and the Pharmacist and Maxine were just standing at the front laughing and talking.

Krissy refilled multiple prescriptions and did a great job providing assistance and feedback with those prescriptions. Great customer service.

Very happy with the pharmacy, employees are so friendly and helpful all the time I come to pick up my prescriptions. Most of the time there is a line there but they are working very hard to address everyone's needs!

Came to pick up my meds. Sharon said it would take a while for them to be ready. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and sat at one of their chairs. A wonderful women names Krissy asked me if I was waiting and got my prescription right up to me. She was very pleasant and helpful. Meanwhile Sharon walking by stopped and started fussing at her but Krissy stayed very calm and handled it amazingly. Thank you so much Krissy!

They take forever to make a prescription, worst service through phone calls, they let you waiting, they never find you in the system. Etc I had bad experience in the past and today I wanted to give it a chance and it didn’t worth it.

Monday my doctor called in 3 prescriptions for a very painful hiatal hernia that has kept me from eating and sleeping for 4 nights. I called Walmart pharmacy and asked when they would be ready and they said Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning and they said they were currently working on them and that they would text me shortly when they were done. No text, no medicines and it’s now Wednesday December 25th so they are of course closed all day! This is so ridiculous and very poor service. I don’t care if Walgreens is more expensive, they’re getting my business from now on!

Don't waste your time with this Pharmacy because you will be extremely disappointed. It's bad enough that they make you wait 24 hours to fill a much needed prescription. Then waiting in line with 1 person working at the window and 2 others just standing in front of a computer. Then when you arrive at the window there is always somethng that went wrong. I'm done and I'm going to consult with my Dr and find a pharmacy that provides better customer service. Save yourself the headaches and don't bother doing business with this place.

The wait at the pharmacy is unbelievable. There’s a line of 15 people and only 2 people working when in the back there are another 3. We got here and they told us they didn’t have our medicine and we called our doctor who said they sent us the medicine over an hour ago. We get back on the line and wait about 30 minutes for them to say they just saw it. Not only that but they told us we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to get the medicine. After these 40 minutes waiting, we had to make the line ONCE AGAIN, and wait another 30 minutes since there are only 2 workers. Will not come back here again, ever.

Came in at 2, move like snails. Came back at 6:30....move like sloths. Go somewhere else. Its not worth the wait while sick or in pain.

Everything time I call I get a different answer all wrong answers mind you and everything I needed answered could have been done over the phone. No need for me to have to go back a fourth from the store.

New operators when they first remodeled the store and got organized. No problem at all now and they are doing a good job. No complaints at all and they are far cheaper than the other two big name drug stores. Clerks are friendly and doing fine.

Severely lacks proper customer service. So, I'm standing at the "Consultation" booth and the pharmacy staff acts like they don't see me. Finally, they realize he's not going to leave so one of the employees asks from afar, "do you have a question?" I'm thinking what kind of question is that"...I'm at the "consultation" booth, of course I have a question..." In my head I'm thinking, "No I'm just standing here admiring your cheaply crafted counter-top girl!" This is like you walk into a restaurant and the host asks you, "are you here to order food?" hmmmmm "lemme" think.

They are rude and give inaccurate information about delivery times. What do you expect it's Walmart.
