Professional and very well organized place. When you take a product in to them for repairs and they give you a time frame they are on point. A little pricey but great work. Will use the in the future if needed.

Took my iPad in for battery replacement on a Wednesday. Was told battery was not in stock so, since ordering day was only on Tuesdays, it would be ordered the following Tuesday, take one week to arrive and then a couple days to get battery installed into iPad. This put me looking at at least 2 weeks before I had it back but, since ipad was no use to me with a completely dead battery, I decided to leave it and wait the 2 weeks. That Sunday (4 days later) I received a call that my iPad was ready for pick up. My store called another Batteries and Bulbs store and got an in stock battery from them, put it in my iPad and called to tell me it was all set. Needless to say, that was a great call to receive. iPad works fine.

Went in because my iPhone screen was bugging out. They opened it up and determined I didn't need a new screen, and it was fixed within 30 minutes. They didn't charge me a cent either!
