Raciest bank manger got upset with me because I was asking questions in reference to my account changes that's coming up on 5-20-2024. I found out about the upcoming changes through a email from Wells Fargo. I went into the branch at 726 E Highway 50 Clermont, FL 34711. I spoke with a banker first (blue shirt) and he informed me that I have 6 months before the new fee schedule will take effect! I asked him if a fee hit my account between 5-20-2024 and 11-20-2024 would they waive the fee and he said he can't promise me that! I asked could I speak with the branch manager so I could express my concerns due to the banker not being able to give me a definitive answer! He went to speak with him; mind you the bank manger was not busy because when I pulled up in and parked he was outside looking at a auto accident that was at the stop sign minding other people business! The banker came back and wanted to finish helping me but he was no help due to everything he was telling me was online and I already knew it! I asked him about my account being grandfathered in and he said Wells Fargo no longer offer that! I insisted on speaking with the Short Old Caucasian branch manger with no name badge on and he told me to come in his office he never pulled up my account but he told me my account always had fees! Which was not true! He kept over talking me and putting his hand in my face! He then told me to close the account because he didn't care and get out of his branch! Branch Manager accused me of disrespecting his banker and he was never even in the room with us to witness such behavior! Wells Fargo Branch Manager is a LIAR! Please bank somewhere else! If i had millions in my account and my skin was a different color I would have been treated better!

I feel for a $300 if you open an account and I deposited $500 and wait " It doesn't work that way you have to have $1000 auto deposit in your account yhen wait 3months to get the $300 promotion. I withdrew my money and told the manager it was false advertisement. So please don't fall for it

Sat in lobby for 15 minutes with no one helping to make appointment or get sorted. Multiple staff playing on their phone or chatting with each other ignored me until I lined up in teller line. Cocky guy in pink shirt in the back office looking at us whole time while he was chatting away with a colleague.

scumbag thieves wouldn't cash a check and then tried to steal my envelopes and paper clips. Apparently they can't afford proper office supplies so they have to steal from their customers

Three employee greeters? Yet only two bank tellers with a stretching line in the lobby? Nope…… that’s not showing us value as customers. Managers should be the first to fill the void when easily and visibly seen. Disappointing decision making management wise.Someone should have jumped in to assist ……. Ball dropped.Owner - no drone like, halfhearted concerned response directing me to another site necessary….. save your breath……. It clearly isn’t helping by looks of your location reviews. 30 year account holder ….. disgusted at this branch representation of the brand.

By far the worst bank in the whole city, I do not recommend them to anyone. They are racist and they make their own rules and the managers......1 star is too much but it s the lowest I can give. They judged by your color and your name. I don t understand why this bank is still open

Seems Wells Fargo has forgotten this rule about courtesy. Because of the "pandemic " they would not let me get a cashiers check while I was at the drive thru. I had to come inside and stand in line with people that do not have their masks on to get my money from a bank I have been with since 2009. Their customer service has been going down and down for years but this makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Because of the pandemic you have to come inside and stand by unvaccinated people who don't wear a mask to get your money out of your account. Well, my money will be going to another bank.

I've always have been treated with courtesy and professionalism ay the Clermont branch. I also have noticed their willingness to explain in detail whatever I do not understand.

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. Beware of this bank. We went into the bank to make a credit card and a loan payment. The bank applied the credit card payment to the correct account, but the loan payment was applied to someone else's credit card. When we caught the error, we contacted the bank both over the phone and in person and were assured it would be resolved by Monday. Yesterday, we made another trip back to the bank. Now they are trying to say they applied the payment to the credit card. Nice try, but no dice. This teeters on the level of incompetence. Not sure how we get someone else involved to ensure that the branch manager does not make such errors in the future. Holy cow!! Upset is an understatement.

Absolute worst bank to use. Their app doesn’t work from Friday-Monday, they steal your money and say it’s from an “inconsistent” signature on your paycheck, but even after your boss verifies it they refuse to release my money for 4 days. The people for their customer service are beyond worthless. You’d have better luck speaking to a Walmart worker. They claimed my paycheck was a fraud, but didn’t inform me or my boss that they thought someone was writing fraudulent checks. Literally your money would be safer in the hands of the us government and that’s scary. 0/10 would never recommend this disgusting horrible bank

Tried to make a payment I had a hard time with a worker. Very rude and not helping at all. My uncle is hard of hearing and she was trying to give him a hard time as well. Very disrespectful and unqualified. Didn't know someone could be like that and work for a Bank. I'm sorry to say don't talk to a person that starts with a K.... my uncle said he's thinking about switching backs because if this. It was total BS.
