I bought two items that weren't correct for the machine. I went to have them exchange the same item in the correct size, and they said their policies didn't allow it and that I would have to pay again. They gave me a $13 credit as if I were begging. They blatantly steal from their customers. I left the store robbed and threatened by the manager that he would call the police if I didn't like their policies.

This place is wild. My girl came in to pick up a drill that says they have 2 in stock, and they couldn’t find either, so after 15 min of waiting they decided that they would have to sell me the display demo model. For full price, when she asked shouldn’t there be a discount since it’s the open box display model and they rudely said no full price take it or leave it.
