“I’ve had great customer service from Ja’cobi Thomas ! I came in one night looking for new windows shield wipers after mine totally flew off my window while driving in hard rain a while prior to me coming to get new ones, and he greeted me like someone who cared about a customer’s needs rather than some stores I’ve been too. He’s very respectful, kind and knows how to sell a product really well, he explained to me the different wipers and what they do so I took his advice and purchased the best one, and I must say I’ve never had any window shields like these before, they leave my windows crystal clear without all the extra smudging. While having a short conversation he mentioned that he’d only been working there a few months but I couldn’t even tell because he’s a natural at what he does; has good communication skills and hands on skills. I recommend anyone that goes to Autozone in clewiston to ask for Ja’cobi Thomas. Thank you for all of your help you deserve all good things that come your way in life !”
