I’ve had great customer service from Ja’cobi Thomas ! I came in one night looking for new windows shield wipers after mine totally flew off my window while driving in hard rain a while prior to me coming to get new ones, and he greeted me like someone who cared about a customer’s needs rather than some stores I’ve been too. He’s very respectful, kind and knows how to sell a product really well, he explained to me the different wipers and what they do so I took his advice and purchased the best one, and I must say I’ve never had any window shields like these before, they leave my windows crystal clear without all the extra smudging. While having a short conversation he mentioned that he’d only been working there a few months but I couldn’t even tell because he’s a natural at what he does; has good communication skills and hands on skills. I recommend anyone that goes to Autozone in clewiston to ask for Ja’cobi Thomas. Thank you for all of your help you deserve all good things that come your way in life !

Very good experience, we needed it something to clean our windows. Since we bought a vehicle from an auction, they actually gave us a cloth to clean our windows, amazing people.

I had a flat tire tonight and I drove into your store and it was closed. I saw a young man inside and asked if anyone could help me change my tire. He did not know how to change a tire but Chasidy came outside and she said she could help. She went and got some tools from car and she and I went to
Work getting my tire off and my spare tire down. She was a major help in changing my tire. My spare was very low and she had a portable air pump
In her car. Chasidy is very kind and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about cars. I was blessed to encounter Chasidy this evening and have her help. You are lucky to have her as an employee.

The only reason I have a 1 star is bc that’s as low as you can give. The staff are all rude including the manager. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get anything from this particular store

I can into autozone because my check engine light was on. Lizzy was super helpful. She checked what part I needed for my vehicle and she found it. She gave me the price ranges and I took the best one she offered. Now I am good! Thank you!
