I shopped for Christmas. The store was very clean and neat. The employees were super nice and helpful.

Depends on what quality of merchandise you are looking for. Mostly low to medium here but that repeats itself in all of their outlet chains. Their handbags are a mix of low to somewhat high end, clothing is a mixed bag.
