First Bank provides excellent and efficient service. The staff, described as a great group of ladies, are always nice, very helpful, courteous, and friendly. They are fast and efficient, ensuring customers are in and out in a timely fashion. The tellers are excellent and provide great hospitality. Their diligence and honesty are commendable. Customers report it is always a pleasure to be served by them, noting the staff goes out of their way to help and does their work with smiles. The service at the Berner Road branch is consistently praised.
