This store is in a death spiral. Nobody working there, prices are through the roof. Nearly $8 for a pint of ice cream. FedEx stand is vacant. Checkout is rude when asked to call someone to FedEx. They tell you to go find them yourself. The pharmacy is hard working and competent. Its clear that corporate has decided to shut this store sometime in the next 12-24 months. I hope they open a stand-alone parmacy location.

Horrible dirty bathrooms. Men's and women's!! l Toilet paper where it shouldn't be and no soap. Trash can looks like it should be trashed, full of rust and stains. Disgraceful for a drug store!

I can’t ever get a curbside order handed to me, I always wait 45+ minutes and no one answers when you call them about your order, I have to get down and grab it myself after hunting down an employee that’s wearing earphones because no one’s paying attention to what’s going on. I’ve been gaslighted by the employees that they supposedly went out to try and give me my order and that I wasn’t there! Beyond ridiculous! The curbside spot is right next to the front door so you can see who’s going in and out and not once did the employee ever come out! To top it off they’re so rude! You talk to them nice and they come at you condescending and blatantly rude like they’re just looking down on you. Especially the so called team lead he’s a black older man, always brushing you off and ignoring you and speaking to you in a disrespectful manner. If there was another Walgreens in town believe me I wouldn’t be spending my time at one that can’t even treat its customers properly because they’re too busy being neglectful, rude, condescending, gaslighting people! Walgreens fix this!

Ordered a prescription item and we were told it would take 24 hours since they had it in Belleglade. 72 hours later, I still haven’t heard from them. There phone automated answering system is really bad.

You would think that these associates would've stepped up their service to the customers, since we lost the CVS Store in this town! Not ENOUGH help!!!

Just want it to print out documents, but seem gossiping at the registers is more important than help costumers, with the store empty and with more than 4 employees shouldn't be a problem helping costumers, I guess they don't want business.

Pharmacy staff is the rudest and so unknowledgeable! Every staff memeber tells me a different thing and usually all of them are wrong! Always packed with lines and always have issues getting scripts filled here!

The worst fedex service. They are never at the fedex drop off spot. Waited 12 minutes for an employee to arrive. Overheard another employee state I was there. Evidently it was too much for them to all the way to the fedex drop off to verify. Employee was rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her.

Service is terrible and slow. Medications are never ready when they are supposed to be. Wish I could give ZERO stars. This place sucks.

Horrible service. The girl wouldn't make eye contact. And moved extremely slow. I won't be back. Dont use this pharmacy.

This store is a joke. Every time I have a same-day photo order, it's never ready. I ordered invitation cards and they tried to sell them to me with an ink defect. When they tried to reprint them, they said the printer wasn't working and to come back the next day. Mind you, I live 15 minutes away and didn't want to waste another trip over there so I called them the next day to see if it was working. Jose tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with the printer and that that's just the way the invitations were going to come out again, with a defect. Why offer these services if it's just going to be bad quality? He then told me he needed to order new parts to fix it. Why not just tell me that from the beginning instead of wasting my time telling me that the prints are going to come out defected again like the first ones? It's obvious they don't care and they seriously lack good customer service.

Marie needs a lot of training in costumer service or get another job . The store was very filthy smell like rotten milk and under the candy rack by the register you can tell no one has moved that to clean
