This place was absolutely perfect! Sue was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all of our needs. It's rare nowadays to book and actually reach a kind, compassionate human who answers your incessant questions clearly and concisely. She made after hours check in a breeze. This was me and my fiancés last minute engagement getaway and she made sure it was absolutely beautiful! The beach was lovely in the moonlight, with very few other people around. We loved being able to sit out on the deck in the morning to watch the sunrise. We couldn't have been any happier with our decision! Thank you so much for the wine, and making the occasion even more special than it already was. Will definitely be back!

Perfect last min get away. Just got engaged and was cozy spot. They have a little lighted path down to the beach. Sue was very helpful with our late check in. This might just be our new spot. The room and view ? highly recommended.

Excellent spot to relax, quite, nice beach area. Sand chairs and toys for the kids are available to use plus the employees are always willing to accommodate. This was my second stay in 6 months and looking forward to my next stay.

Our room had roaches! Little ones coming out from behind headboard and phone area and large ones on pillows and walls. Owner claims palmetto bugs but that is just a regional term for roaches. Had a horrible time because of it. Location was nice and rooms look to have been remodeled recently. I would never stay again based on the way we were treated about it all. I understand with lots of travelers a place can get bugs but the way we were treated was uncalled for.

My husband and I stayed here 2yrs ago. WE LOVED IT!! ? ❤️The staff was so pleasant and helpful and just so kind and inviting ?. The room was so cozy,I think was recently remodeled . Just literally steps from the beach ⛱️. And close to shopping and eateries. Will probably only stay there anytime we come. Very very affordable rates. ❤️

Newly renovated rooms, large bathroom, shower. Included refrigerator, which was nice to have. Beach is in the back yard, the have some umbrellas and chairs to use. There are new fancy grills on site for guest use as well as a sun deck and tiki huts. Service was quick at the front desk, and you can drop off keys if you leave early. Good to stay here for port calls in the morning.Rooms: Newly renovated.Nearby activities: South of main area of cocoa Beach, short drive.Walkability: Beach is in the back yard.

Great little hotel. This will be our new get away spot. We live in Orlando so only an hour drive. Older hotel but the rooms are clean and updated. Can't get much closer to the beach. Thanks to Sue and the rest of the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Great communication before, during, and after the stay! Needed a one night sleepover before our cruise. This was perfect. Within 10 minutes of great food (try Tiny Turtle and Fat Donkey!), and the view from the place was amazing!!

Great value for what you pay. Have the two bedroom with living room and private view of beach. All furniture and appliances look updated and nice. Staff is very nice and hey have a bin outside with free beach chairs umbrella and boogie boards to borrow. Beach doesn’t look to be open to public and is very quite.

The room was clean with a full kitchen which made it easy to bring/prepare your own food. There's also a grill outside for a barbecue and beach chairs which are free to use. It's right on the beach which made the location ideal. It's not a full service hotel, however, I definitely recommend it and would visit again.

The view from the road may not impress, but it is a hidden GEM!We were there a year ago today (3/31/2022, or within the last couple days) and thought I left a review, but couldn't find it today when Google reminded me of the trip and I went looking (maybe I didn't hit "POST"). So, here it is:Rooms (including bathroom) were spacious and updated. Very clean (no musty smell in our unit). Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Parking was NOT an issue.It is right on the beach. There is a short path to navigate to the beach. It is to protect the dunes that protect from storm erosion. Easy access and beautiful beach. View of the beach from the upper deck area was great, too.Staff was very friendly and there were no issues with our reservation.Location is great, quiet and on the beach and close to many food/entertainment choices. There was no bar/restaurant on premises at that time.We only stayed one night (left on a cruise the next day), but we want to come back. Have family in Kissimmee (they were with us and feel the same). ABSOLUTELY WORTH WHAT WE PAID!!P.S. I read a lot of reviews (I MEAN A LOT!) for this establishment (many from the last 5 years). Most ratings are 4's & 5's (like us). Not sure of the negative ones. Maybe entitled...? Or...?
