Absolutely no customer service. Tried to buy a pair of shoes, buy one get one 1/2 off and they ran my card for one pair of shoes and trying to price the other one at full price. Cashier register was scared to talk or help us and wouldn't even get his manager. She ran off to the back and was no help at all either. Find a better beach gear store and skip this place.

These are absolutely scam artists working up in this location. I was a PAYING customer, and my car was towed after only parking there for an hour by the beach pier. These bastards WILL tow your car immediately, do NOT park here. Additionally, it is a scam artist tow company that WILL NOT answer your call so you can even find the location of your car. Accurate towing and recoveries is a scam con-artist company. They will tow any and all vehicles to even paying customers at the store, and charge you (cash only of course) hundreds of dollars which is illegal. Going to file a police report against this awful / terrible/ scum of the earth company. These owners will have really bad karma.

My wife and I are retired and live in Orlando for the past 20 years and go to visit Cocoa Beach often as we lived there for 13 years in the 80s. We have stopped at Beach Wave several times as my wife likes to shop for stuff. She purchased towels but they really were beach mats. She bought 4 for $80 and at checkout the printer for the receipt was out of paper so we got no receipt. I was fine with that as I never use or really return stuff. My mistake. After she brought them home she realized it is not what she wanted. Oh well. We never removed any tags and put them back in the bag. We went to the Beach a few weeks later and stopped in and asked for just an exchange and did not ask for our money back. They refused said no receipt no return. They could clearly see these were never used still in bag they came in I tried to explain we never got a receipt and could show them my credit card charge but NOPE. Extremely shocked and very disappointed taking advantage of 2 retired adults on Social Security. Lousy customer service. Be warned. They just lost all our business which is stupid in my opinion but they don't care the manager was rude probably paid by the hour not their business.

Excellent selection! I bought 2 bathing suits here for and they look and feel like a high quality expensive brand name. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to check this shop out

Frustrated. We visited the shop, nice selection of product. Spent $100.00 on merchandise. When we got back to our place where we were staying, quite the drive. I noticed that my t-shirt that I bought was peeling. I called the next day and they said that I needed to call customer service. I called and got the run around. This was on January 18. Staci Sims said that they would send me a new shirt. They said they shipped it out, but UPS tracking says label created and than label cancelled. Now tracking label says delay. I can't get anyone to call me back or answer my emails. To this day, no t-shirt. I would love for someone to help me with this. So frustrating.

Don't think you'll be saving any money here . They have a nice variety of shirts and hats and all sorts of beach wear accessories. the staff can be a bit grouchy at times . I like the variety but let me assure you that you can go to Walmart down the road and save at least 50% over their prices. Even Ron Jon is better on their prices for higher quality hats and shirts . Shop around its to your benefit. Most of the staff are helpful but I can see that the management only cares about the revenue and not the customer they won't see again. They have several stores all over Cocoa Beach area and some under different names but its all the same soup Go to Walmart. Walgreens Winn Dixie Publix or Ron Jons or next door to the Cocoa Beach Surf company

Prices are okay but customer service is a amazing! Rosie was amazing! We had a crying 4-year old who wanted a certain product but they didn’t have it in her size. However, Rosie tried her hardest to cheer her up and went above and beyond!Keep it up, Rosie!

Unfriendly woman cashier told me the $2 off a $20 purchase was not for this store. I showed her coupon on Beachwave Cocoa Beach website. She claimed she doesn't go online so she didn't know about it. Come on man! She gave me the discount. They also charge 2.5% to use a charge card.

After purchasing 5 items for $171.00 and paying cash, I returned to my condo to find that wife had just purchased 3 of the 5 items. Upon returning to the store across the street... within 20 minutes of the original purchase, I was told that they could not provide a refund. I could only even exchange the items at that point in time. I asked for in an store credit or gift card for use at a later date and was denied. The only way return these duplicated and unused items was to do an even exchange for other instore items at that time. They were forcing me purchase unneeded items. After discussing this with the store manager and their Corporate Manager, they both declined to work with me on the return. I strongly recommend all Cocoa Beach residents and guests to not shop at a store that does not provide any customer service. There are many other stores that sell the same sort of items, that care about their customers.

Do NOT shop here! I would give them a minus 10! The swim suits are over priced, but if they fit of course I would pay any price for a suit! You can not try them on at all and there is a no return policy! The guy working the store was not wearing a mask. So I don’t want to hear “Covid”! He would not come over and help us. When asked his name he said he didn’t need to give out his name (no name tags)There were 3 women wanting to purchase suites! I wanted 2-so he would have been looking at over a $400-$500 sale. I come to Florida to buy my suites every year for my adult girls and myself. I will make sure to stay away from this chain and let all my friends and family know to as well! So beware….this store has rude attitudes, lazy staff, terrible customer service and a no return policy! There is no excuse for this behavior….if this stores sales are down….it’s no because of Covid….it’s the staff!
